This where it began. This is what helped to suck me into the world. No trains, no elevators. Just wake up and within a minute you're on the edge of a pad looking out at space and all that it is. I still believe it should be a default spawn point for new players.
This track legit gets me emotional. First time I played the game was 3.0. Olisar was home. Saw my very first ship there. Flew for the first time there. So many firsts there. I feel very lucky to have gotten into the verse in 3.0 because it was a massive update and just full of new magic. This track by Pedro will always hit me pretty hard because of that. Great video. A worthy tribute.
Indeed, the place where it all began. I remember logging in for the first time into the pu... it was patch, hmmm... 2.4.xx?!, can't tell anymore. I woke up, made it somehow to a landing pad - the big ones, the -00- weren't there at that time and I saw other people climbing their ships, taking off and landing and I just watched them for at least 20 minutes. Planet-tech wasn't announced yet but you could see the giant Crusader on the one side and there, this must be daymar, right? I just stood there, watched and thought, what possibilities can come true?! We came a long way since than... and we aren't close yet to a finished game. But I am happy to accompany the project and see, how it evolves. One thing is for sure, Port Olisar will always be in my heart, whatever will happen with it :-) Thanks KungLi for this homage of a very close place, we all know!
I would like them in the future. Have a mission handed out to everyone.. like a treasure hunt for clues and you wind up in deep space locating Port Olisar. Have a reward of some kind. Maybe dress it up in a holiday themed Christmas or Halloween etc.
Love your videos KungLi, Thumbs up given! The new Crusader is really nice, but to be perfectly honest, from a distance, I preferred the look of the old Crusader. (up close, not so much)
Should PO be totally remove from the game? or should they leave it as a derelict, like the covalex station where you did the PI mission? That way they dont have to update it, but its still there for us old players to meet an have a drink to the old girl... and what happend to the "Ship share program"!!? good times...
Move over Star Citizen, here comes “Starfield” with a 150,000 lines of dialogue. A finished game coming this Christmas. Bethesda is just working on bug fixes now for the full release at end of year.

The shot from 2:19 looks like it's straight out of a movie. Pog
It's from Port Olisar - The Movie. A KungLi Production. A 6 hour documentary about the empty halls of PO. Coming next year to Disney+.

Mein erstes mal auf Port Olisar war zum Patch 1.3.....da war Port Olisar genau so nah an Crusader wie jetzt. 😎

It would be a perfect Capture the flag map

Last time I heard Starfield is not a multiplayer game... But I will eat my 🍿and see what they will release. Bethesda's record is 76 broken dreams
