Hey Victor, so there's no right answer. With that being said, if it's a GOOD in-house position and you are getting consistent feedback and access to data on how your copy is performing, that can be very valuable. Feedback is one of the fastest ways to get better (if it comes from people who know what they are talking about). And seeing how your copy performs in the "real world" helps you to get better too. Plus, if it's a well known company or agency, then when you do leave and set out to be a freelancer, you can often charge higher fees right out of the gate because you've got a track record etc.
