I want to get into customising shoes but the main thing I'm worried about is cleaning the shoe if I wear them and I'm wondering how it may affect any of the areas that have been painted.

I'd love to see a video on durability and wearability of customs . Seems that most of your features are very art heavy without much if any focus on how durable the finished item will be . To me that's always the number 1 priority when creating a custom, I don't want a client to scuff a kerb once and ruin an expensive labour intensive design . Would love to hear your thoughts on this and alternative finishes and protection. Long time subscriber from Scotland UK 👍
Oh yeah all of stuff is meant to be wearable! We’ve been preaching it for years, that’s why you’ll never see us painting soles, midsoles, plastics, rubbers.. doing anything outside the ordinary. However as I’ve grown as an artist over the years much of our stuff has evolved and I think our pieces are being treated as collectibles. Which is awesome that they can be worn if they wanted, or look great on display
How do your prevent any cracks from the shoes? I painted a pair of white shoes and I noticed the shoes were cracking.
My other pair was a canvas shoes, I rather paint canvas shoes then leather shoes.

Making custum shoes. Should I have someone do them to just put them in my collection to get shoe designs or do people actually like to buy 1 of 1 or 1 of 2 sneakers or some sort.

Love the characters , im going to attempt to do a Mario brothers theme for my granddaughter I was going to hand paint but is a lot of work. Then i saw this video. What machine and software do you use to create the detailed vinyl characters?
I use a silhouette cameo as my vinyl cutter! Then ill use photoshop or procreate to design em!
