BEETHOVEN composed this stunning masterpiece that continues to mesmerise the world. He was at his best when he composed this. thank you Beethoven. Rip...
Fabulous performance. Go have nailed it. Great mood, energy and colouring. I love the way you vary the tempo for the different sections-never a dull moment. Beethoven would have loved this! :-)
I have been listening to this piece by many pianists but you are the best. You don't rely on the speed of this music but bring Beethoven's musicality to life. Bravo!
Wonderful performance…Amazing hand position, looks so clean, gracious and powerful. Tempo variations were really interesting and the piece sounds in such a way that I feel like I’m listening to a a new one. Congratulations and most importantly ; Thank you!
In the afterlife, Beethoven got his hearing back. So his ghost would smile and say "Wunderbar." Because this is a great rendition of Rondo a Capriccio.
like the repeat at the beginning. never try with pedal, but yours sound really good. this is romantic, Kissin is more powerful. Early Beethoven vs Late Beethoven. love both
This song was stuck in my head from a 6 second ad here on UA-cam. I don't know why there isn't a list of ads you've seen in case you want to review them 😖
Dear Dora, very refreshing and energetic playing. Also the video is nice filmed, even if I personally would use happier footage colour grading in that case. Bravo!
Interestingly, I am the only one who stubbornly hears in this music not rage, but unbridled joy?)) It seems to me that it was the theorists who gave this rondo such a name, and not Beethoven himself.
I would not go with the repeat cause of contrasting section at 1.33 unless u repeat that part also. but sounds ok with it. very beautiful.. the playing is too.:)..
" les mots de demain ne sont pas écris dans les livres d aujourd'hui pourtant ceux d'hier écrivent notre avenir " mais cette dame me laisse perplexe , la musique écrite hier le restera encore demain avec de telle interprétation bissss
very good. maybe try piu tempo but keep the tempo.:)..impartr that on u if u can with this piece.. and then don't listend to what I said and just carry on playing as u are.:).. excel..
I don't think there's a repeat written in the music at 0:17. Also, the tempo isn't consistent. Compare the very beginning to 2:08. Otherwise, very musical and a beautiful performance!
+Vito Corleone Some precision issues, as well as some notes disappearing as well. When you're as good as she is, playing a piece as difficult as this, room for improvement is less technical and more polish. If you've ever heard Wynton Marsalis play similar music on the trumpet, you can almost feel the long obsessive practice sessions where he he perfects every note, no matter how fast he is playing. The level of polish is unreal.
+Vito Corleone dear Vito, I don't know about the repeat. Some editions have it written, some not. I also agree with Steve White that there is always place for improvement/polish:) I myself am very self critical. and although this Video was "staged", not a concert performance, we did not make many takes and just decided to go for the most musical version and the fun one:)
Vito Corleone look I understand what your saying but when your REALLY INTO the music you couldn't less about the tempo. Maybe I'm only saying this because that's what's happens to me when I preform in school sometimes

Your performance is amazing!!!
LOL, i am sure she appreciates the fact that beethoven himself approves. he was very tough critic
Lüdwing van Beethoven What is a Lüdwing?

I could listen to this over and over she is way the best at this piece and my favourite all time female pianist. Hiromi and Art eat your hearts out...
Sei bravissima!!! E splendida. SALUTI.
This is what captures the heart of the young who are inspired to try and play like this.

Brava! What an exhilarating performance!
Really a lovely piece ,played lovely on a great instrumernt. And perfectly recorded.
That grand piano has a magnificent sound.
It's almost crystalline.
Thanks, Dora for the new video. This is just wonderful!! So much fun modulation! So symphonic!
You are as lovely as the music you play(and some).
A Delight!
simply amazing!
well recorded and well played!

Oh boy...
My God she is so good and so beautiful. I am in sweet love...
Ludwig Van was really annoyed about that penny!
can u play a Beethoven sonata op. 111?..
my favorite version, because it is a way inconsistent and dynamic like thinking is..
あつつと 言わんばかりの感激! これ以上の言葉はでてこない! 僕のピアノの先生の演奏が下手に聴こえてきちゃうな~ ピアノ教室に通う気がしなくなっちゃうよ ♬

The sound of god
Op 129 sol major
Slower than Kissin plays it but still very good.

In the G. Henle Verlag (Urtext) edition, there is a repeat in that first section. Personally, I prefer that repeat.

Hard to choose between Dora's performance and that of this flaxen haired beauty

I should add, word is that this is exactly how Dora discovered her talents
virtuos

It's actually a little hard to concentrate on the music on account of how beautiful she is. Pianists should be ugly *cough* Barenboim *cough*
+Ian Caufield I think Barenboim is cute.
Ian Iracheta He is not ugly XD
Barenboim is not ugly. He is just getting old, just like everybody else is. :)
