What is PowerSDR ke9ns v2.8.0 you ask?
This a highly modified version of the original Open-Source PowerSDR hosted by FlexRadio.
Its the S in SDR (Software Defined Radio), and is free of charge at: ke9ns.com/flexradio.html
It powers FlexRadio amateur radio hardware models: Flex-5000 (with 2nd RX and 2m/70m options), its less capable brother Flex-3000, and the QRP Flex-1500. Similar versions of this software power many other SDR's as well.
Updated (modified) Pan scrolling feature (which now works on the 2nd receiver RX2 as well).
So now you have the traditional PowerSDR scrolling which keeps your VFO RX/TX Passband in the center of the Display, and the entire Display moves when you move around,
OR
The PAN feature which allows the Display to remain still as you move the VFO RX/TX passband around. Similar to many other SDRs.
NOTE: VAC IQ streams will not work correctly while in PAN mode, as the IQ center moves with the bandpass window.

Thanks Darrin. I've just in the last couple of weeks started using my Flex-1500 again which has been sitting unused for a number of years. The software improvements you have made and the supporting videos are very much appreciated. Thank-you!
Thank you Darren. You’re awesome
Superb !
Hola , buenas noches , se puede utilizar Flex 5000a como estación remota , desde otro QTH ? Hace falta comprar algún elemento accesorio ? Gracias
Hello Darrin. For VOACAP mapping getting a NEW VG1 FILE FAIL. Can you provide a simple fix?
Its been years since anyone reported that. I have only ever heard of that happening when you install PowerSDR in Win 7. You can try installing the full and incremental installers over again, but you may need to uninstall, and then delete all the directories involved, and install again. Search "Trouble Installing" on my ke9ns.com/flexpage.html website.
At the top right of your screen you have, what looks like to me, a list of stored frequencies. How can I display that? Is there a setting that I need to enable? Thanks.
It’s the band stack. Hover your mouse over the green band stack button to choose the display
Great. Thanks.
