Just got home from the best concert ever. I went to many festivals and concerts throughout the 90s in California so in short I know of live performances and The Warning DPA Goddesses are second to none! It was incredible, amazing, fantastic and awesome!

Other than the LA collabrative "More", these are the first post pandemic songs that DPA have created and I love the sound and the energy. This is today's The Warning. Rock on!
Almost all their new songs will be collabratives. So if that bothers you, your just going to be disappointed. The lyrics are collabs, music and arrangements are 100% the Warning.

Now I know what it felt like when TWA was waiting for the Error album to come out. Teasing these 2 new songs isn’t going to help curb the anticipation but I like it anyways.
Wow ! They just stepped it up another level on that one - as good as "More" was,I was hoping they weren't going to go down that poppy path,and damn,they did not disappoint...great upload.

It's got nothing to do with what I say - they will do as you say,what they please,stop being such a pragmatic arse ! There's many of us out there,who liked the twist they took with "More" but,it was fairly lightweight compared to this. Not sure how long you've been following the band,but there seems to be such a overprotective group of folks who want to baby them - and these ladies are the most mature young women in rock that know what they want,and certainly don't need no babysitting. Sorry,but it takes a lot to piss me off,and I'll apologize now,if I seem terse at your reply,but honestly - I'd say the majority of us long term fans were hoping this is what they'd come up with,and they have far exceeded what we knew they could do.

I had this impression too but listen to it in an analytic way, the song is heavy and have some chord progressions that we don't usually see! The girls are gen z and they have a lot of influences beside metal, so it's normal to sound different. But MORE is pretty heavy but the style lead us to mainstream!!
Queen of The Murder Scene is pretty heavy but have a lot of K-pop influence... I think it's amazing! It's a new generation and to keep developing the rock genre we need other influences! If it didn't happen' in the past we would never had rock or metal, just blues!

A couple weeks ago I read some fans criticizing the new producer and the direction the band might be taking with the new album. These 2 songs prove how wrong they were and the importance of saving your opinions until you hear the music speak.
i never thought badly i just know this band likes to be versatile… I like metal and hard rock music and they don’t have to be that all the time because it’s gonna sound good regardless
Some people even went on their comment section on The Warning website "being worried" about their "new sound." I'm like, let them express themselves. Let them play with their sound. I can't believe that in this day and age, people have to dictate what others do. I personally like that they go out of the box and don't play just "rock" "heavy rock". I enjoy all kinds of rock.
Love the way Dany rolls off the Volume on her guitar to create that “ break “, she does it a lot . No feedback, clever & in total control. Love watching her play just as a guitar player ( apparently she sings as well 🥰 ) 😂

It's impossible to please everyone all the time, so there's no point in trying. I personally think the news songs are "sick" 😉 regardless of whatever mix of genres people will perceive them to be. I've been a fan of TW for over 4 years now. Post pandemic, I decided to stop trying to sqeeze them into a single genre box. Because that's not them. From the start, they've taken musical inspiration from not just rock & metal, but from an entire spectrum of genres, and they've always been open about it. Nowadays I just enjoy the music for what it is.
You're ready to rake the dirt over this band now? It's a free country, and it's not illegal to be stupid. I can't imagine who you thought might want to know you felt this way though. Like you thought you'd just start a movement or something. Maybe a bowel movement.
