Meteor mechanic will not target players who are NOT on the main 3 platforms, therefore it is a good idea to run and stand at a side if you get the acceleration bomb, avoiding the possibility of overlap of both mechanics
That's what I noticed too. It has a couple more curveballs but anyone who's done roulette on Weeping City a handful of times won't see too many curveballs here. Coordination seems to be the hardest part.
The melee definitely have to pay attention more to accel bomb + meteor mechanic interaction since they don't have the luxury of going on the ring if they don't notice it early enough. Here's the specifics on how to resolve it if you get a combo: For reference there are two Accel Bomb casts during Triangle. Acceleration Bomb cast assigns 7, 10, and 15 second duration. One at the start: 7: Resolve it normally. You'll get assigned meteor as your accel bomb disappears. 10: Your accel bomb will resolve as your meteor marker appears over your head. This is designed to freak you out and make you move and explode. Calmly resolve Accel Bomb first and then move to your meteor spot. 15: Your accel bomb disappears/explodes at the same time as the meteor lock in. You must place your meteor before your accel timer bomb expires. One during Ozmashades: 7: Expires/Explodes about a second after the Ozmashade mechanic hits. You must be stopped and dodging the Ozmashade mechanic early to make sure you don't explode. This is designed to hit everyone that moved safely out of the way of the Ozmashade mechanic. Especially dangerous if the adds still haven't been taken care of from the meteor drops. 10: Expires/Explodes right before the party/platform stack mechanic appears 15: Expires/Explodes at the same time as the party/platform stack mechanic, designed to wipe the platform if this is not resolved properly as the damage of the stack and the accel bomb is enough to wipe the party without at least Tank LB2 and mit. Another thing to be aware of to potentially save the run is if there are misplaced meteors, run to where the misplaced meteor wasn't (most likely the ring). Your guide is definitely more digestible than mine that has all of this information spew haha. I know it might be a little rude plugging a different guide in your comments section but I think having a good variety in the source of information is good. If any of your viewers want more specifics, I do have footage of all these "gotcha" moments in my "Final Fantasy XIV: Eureka Hydatos - Baldesion Arsenal: Proto Ozma Video Guide" guide. I'll be linking your guide in the description and pinned comment of my video guide as well. Yours is a lot more chill too. My choice of music and loud sound effects might have turned other people off my take on a guide.
@@dylanstotts9438 You've probably already done it at this point, but BA is basically savage-tier punishes but maybe Hard to low extreme difficulty mechanics at most.

Thank you for the guides! Just cleared BA earlier today :)
Thanks, this'll help a lot when I get back to Ozma - I got sucked out by his Black Hole attack last time

You deserve way more subs, sir. Good guides! Thanks you for making them!

How hard are the fights in BA compared to EXT or Savage trials??
The BA fights nowadays are a lot easier than they used to be. Its definitely easier than savage and extremes.
@@defsel978 okay cool good to know, thanks for the response!
