      you don't need a PhD to recognize that it was just an arbitrary example

    I have no problem understanding him. Grateful he's sharing his knowledge with us. Some people just need to expose themselves to hearing accents other than Western ones for once.

      English is not my first language and I only just understand what he is saying because I already knew a lot of what he was talking about. Subtitles would really make it easier for a lot of people.

      You're confusing pronunciation with accents
