As if regular Mizutsune wasn't jumpy enough, now we have to play "Footsie" AND "The Floor Is Lava"! Super stoked regardless, I'm surprised that you avoided that cart, that was movie levels of intense!
Mizu forgot he has more aoe attacks :D (probably got interupped really, he may not be able to use some just after getting up, or it is just RNG?)

If your asking if you need Sunbreak to fight it, then yes.
