I bought a set up from wish that had the same idea but DIDN'T deliver! You fixed all my complaints of that item, floppy walls, no structure, couldn't get an overhead shot, and you added the phone areas too! You guys are AWESOME! I HAVE TO HAVE THIS! 💖💖💖

The sidedshot arm would be so much better with more holes for the camera. It's cool that you are making the shotbox now, but you could have enhanced it a little bit.

I was wondering with the side shot attachment, what does the hinges on the top do?
Hi! Sorry for the delayed reply. The hinges allow you to change the angle of your shot. You can also shoot a flat lay hands free if you move it all the way up.

Just got one.
The sides not being straight cast annoying shadows. The arm, though adjustable, is kind of restricted to the center hole and not adjustable in and out like I’d prefer, and it would be better with more camera holes in it.
My seamless rolls are smashed and have dents throughout, they smell awful and are cut so poorly that the edges are shredded and not even straight. I also picked up the printed backgrounds and it’s annoying that there’s no clip to hook them up like the seamless. It literally says to use tape.
It does take bright pics, but a light strip along the front would have been better because tall things get a dark front shadow. I also don’t understand what the black strips are for covering the lights, they make a weird triangle shadow and the caps and magnets on mine all fell off right out of the box and needed to be glued back in.
The white bag is cool for holding the box, but the pockets don’t hold the cords or the arm since they aren’t gusseted.
I know this is the same as the old Shotbox from years ago, but it could have used some tweaking when WRMK bought the design. I’m glad I got it on a huge sale because it’s not worth $130, and the arm is absolutely not work $30.

I work with small miniature creations. Will this work well? And does the light flicker? I have a light box and the lighting always makes some kind of flickering lines whenever I take photos. $130 is something hefty for me but if it works I might consider someday 😭

I wish you would make this a tad bigger and a little more affordable. The walls seem to be in the way of some shots.
Marc Naples hi! Thanks for your feedback. We’ll pass that on to our team. Regarding the walls, when using the ShotBox as directed the walls don’t get in the shots at all.
We R Memory Keepers I do have to say, despite it being a tad small for like 12x12 pages, it works great!
Marc Naples the inside dimensions are 14 1/4 x 15 x 15, so a 12 x 12 layout fits right in there.
Can you take video from the front....camera pointed straight into the box and not from above?
Loretta Kennon yes, you can use the SideShot accessory for that.
I got the box a month ago and I have used it a few times Today none of the light bottons worked. I can't turn of the lights with the left side button and I can't adjust the brightness with the right side botton. No adjustment works, only light or no light.
Any solutions to solve the problem????????????
