      @Tony you're overboard here. Her hooks are not on any of the songs they considered Classics. As a matter of fact most of her writing came from the skits on most of those albums. And it wasn't even really writing, it was her performing The Women Part and a lot of those kids, which essentially gets you a writer's credit on an album. And that's about it. Now I'm not saying she didn't have credits on a lot of songs, but not the popular songs or any of the songs considered hooks. I can think of one song on murder was the case that people used to jock. Aside from that I can't remember anybody jocking

      Since the original song was already owned by Ruthless, Eazy took the duo's vocals off, kept hers and let Bone record over it.

    You can tell she from the Death Row stock, whole load of character and charisma lol, Couldn't believe AOD managed to get Jewell for an interview. She still look great and remembers everything in detail all those years ago.
    She had an underrated classic on Above The Rim,,, her duet with Aaron Hall (Gonna give it to ya). I remember sangin Aarons part "Jewelllllll You Car-Mell Thanggg" LOL, Timeless.

    Jewell is gorgeous with a fire ass personality! Suge robbed her blind just like all the rest smfh. She's supposed to be SET 4 LIFE at this point. Deathrow sorta had all the potential in the world to be a solidified staple in music. Greed, deception, robbery, mistrust and bullying destroyed Deathrow. It was also built on a quicksand foundation. It was never going last.

      People are fans of the vocals she did on alot of classic rap records, how the hell were people supposed to know this woman we are seeing here in this video sang on all those rap records, it's not like they had her in the spotlight an we saw her face she was in the background doing her thang nobody new what she looked like, people were just fans of the vocals she did nobody new what she looked like back in those days because no one saw her we just heard her voice an her voice didn't sound the same on every record.

Used to go all the time! We all went to Magic Mountain and we couldn’t even get on any rides because she was signing so many autographs. Love her to death. Miss you ♥️

    Goodness, I'm from NYC and remember singing all her parts of a song that she mentioned when I was growing up and never knew who she was. I feel terrible and disgusted that she didn't get the utmost respect she didn't get back then. Let's be serious, many of the songs would not have been big without her. Toot your horn Mrs. Jewell!!

    I feel this is the most real 100 percent accurate interview into what it was like in Death Row during the '90's. More so than Mob James or Reggie Wright Jr. I feel those dudes is pumping their chest a lil bit and giving themselves a bigger part in the story than they actually deserve. Jewell's NAME was on those classic albums. Each and every one. She gives a good insight to how much power Suge had. How manipulative he was. How smart he was. She will always be a real one.
