Aye that’s my step mom! Look at her she so beautiful! Memories hitting me hard right now. Her and pops almost tied that knot! First time I was ever in the studio, Jewell took me. Used to go all the time! We all went to Magic Mountain and we couldn’t even get on any rides because she was signing so many autographs. Love her to death. Miss you ♥️
Goodness, I'm from NYC and remember singing all her parts of a song that she mentioned when I was growing up and never knew who she was. I feel terrible and disgusted that she didn't get the utmost respect she didn't get back then. Let's be serious, many of the songs would not have been big without her. Toot your horn Mrs. Jewell!!
Its Fd up how they did her!
The way she went from the shooting story right back to her catalog has me SCREAMING 🤣😭
Just another day 😉
😩😭😭😭
😂
"I was in jail for shooting a nigga name puddin' "😂😂

probably his easiest interview ever.. he literlly only spoke for a breif moment in the begining and she answered questions he didnt have to ask, and dropped her entire discography
She a all star lol

That damn Danny boy ruined it for me. I can’t stop thinking about that head game
Yea exactly, some of those other women from that era didn’t age well.

Me too such a beautiful voice rest in peace Jewell she got cheated out of her career they should be ashamed of themselves especially suga
Jewell a whole legend!!! The Art Of Dialogue outdid himself with this one. These are the people that was the soundtrack to my life growing up. This will be a good interview
They say behind every great man there's a great woman except, Death Row NEVER showed you the woman! #props.
I am so glad you had a chance to tell your story before you left here and I really appreciate it truly
Wow Puddin is a piru OG and she shot him. I respect the shit out of her🙏 Blessings to this black queen
Ok he was a terror. She laid him out.

Jewell is a legend right along with the rest of them. I'm always excited to hear her interviews.
I remember when she stayed on 165th. I went to school with her brother and sister. Jewell is one the most talented females on the planet; voice, looks, character, etc. Her personality is thee most entertaining. SHE'S NATURAL BORN ROYALTY. Nobody can fade her. She has the cutest dimples. Her beauty is natural. She's always had a bangin' body. She's no coward neither.
Hey Moe Thank You...My Sister needs her flowers while She yet live... she's owed Millions $$$$
@@lesliedickerson718 you're welcome, Leslie. The personality runs in the family, cuz everybody loved you at school. Talented and good looking family genes.
@@Nuttymoe She lived in Nutty Block hood'?
@@405boy4 yes. They moved away around 1986. Her brother used to hang with us, and her sister was in my classes since elementary. The homies were roudy, and Jewell would step out the house to express her opinion about him hanging with certain trouble makers. I just left her funeral out here in Texas.
@@Nuttymoe aw ok. I thought she was originally from Chicago from what she was saying. I loved her voice and I really thought she should've got more play in Death row..
Jewell, thank for all your contributions to the music industry. Death row was a talent power house. Art of dialogue thank you for these interviews💯
I feel this is the most real 100 percent accurate interview into what it was like in Death Row during the '90's. More so than Mob James or Reggie Wright Jr. I feel those dudes is pumping their chest a lil bit and giving themselves a bigger part in the story than they actually deserve. Jewell's NAME was on those classic albums. Each and every one. She gives a good insight to how much power Suge had. How manipulative he was. How smart he was. She will always be a real one.
Thug passion wouldn’t be the same without her she honestly made that record pop for me atleast
Damn she sung on that too. She deserve her credit
Facts, her vocals where the shit I loved her voice
So true!
Good to finally see Jewell finally on AOD... She has a great singing voice and an upbeat personality😂.. Funny lady!!. I'm predicting this interview will be 🔥🔥🔥💯
