In the war arc episode, she used her tools as a distraction to catch Uraraka off-guard and get behind her, this time successfully managing to stab her in the same shoulder she tried to previously. It’s such a subtle detail that I didn’t catch it until re-watching this scene.

Makes you wonder what the writer was smoking. And it doesn't help that her encounter with ochako didn't make her question her entire thought process and open her eyes a little bit. Total waste of an interaction if you ask me.

Ochako's anger and frustration towards toga here was rightfully and understandable justified where she succeeded as a true hero here with her message about *actions having consequences* and her speech against the crowd but unfortunately in the manga the writers ruined Ochako's character and development even her message and speech since she wanted to save toga for no logical realistic reason at all not even considering all the innocent lives and Heroes toga has impersonated and killed being a psychopathic serial killer and look what happened to Ochako in the Manga. Also if you really think about it toga doesn't deserve to be saved and redeemed when she had plenty of chances to get help but she made her choice to become a serial killer psychopath. This keeps proving why toga needed to die for the sake of others.
