In 2006, I was in the Cuban restaurant in Miami I Airport, where I had what I thought they’d called palamillo, but the thin steak was covered in a red sauce and I believe cheese in between…what do you call that?

It’s called Bistec Milanesa. It’s a thin breaded steak layered with ham & mozzarella cheese or Gouda cooked in tomato sauce.
