Yes dude, every purchase made through the account it is valid on another pc too just remember use the same account to on the other pc too. And for your progression in game you have to save the game progress some where so that you can continue on another pc otherwise your progress for building and other will get lost.

And there are more such things in deluxe edition. I don't remember what are they, please search on Google, Microsoft Store or Minecraft's official website for more information.
