So apparently VUZ Velim test track is actually in Hungary. Where new trains have been built and are doing test runs before entering freight services and passenger services for the UK, Europe and Worldwide. Amazing video as always.
No, test track Velim is located in the Czech Republic (50.0857719N, 15.0852950E). It serves as a test center for all major European railway manufacturers. This engine was built by the company "CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive" in China. Rail Cargo Hungaria is supposed to be the first operator. Last thing European economy needs is another Chinese imported product massively supported by Chinese government.
