Just in case any ranged comrades are struggling, try circling around the boss at about 7m. This will make you avoid most of his square frontal attacks but be close enough that he won't leap at you.
I hate how Blade and Soul's bosses punish you for being a ranged character. It's like, what's the point of being ranged if you're forced to play up close anyway? It's like I might has well have just chosen a melee character because at least then my getup options wouldn't be constantly pushing me away.
Another important thing to watch out for, especially for ranged classes that are circling the boss, that wasnt emphasized in the video is after the first rotation (so after the block) if he isnt pushed to mechanics the red frontal he does is SIGNIFICANTLY WIDER than the previous one, so if you were used to standing at a certain distance diagonal from him during his first rotation, if you still stand there when 2nd rotation starts the wider red rectangle will certainly hit you.
I believe the multi attack is a 5 hit aoe the gets additional aoes for every stack he gets from you attacking into his shield so since he had a stack for you it was a six hit.
its good for 13 daily gold and the potential for oils/hept gem after awhile. the more you play it the more it becomes routine. yunsang made me feel like this sucked to do daily- so did yeoharan until you got used to them- the game is about progression afterall. Idealy you can get 2 stacks of windscar before it becomes too much of a problem for most classes on 3+, usually on the mechanic phases are when you want it since a lot of the attack pattern is the same 1 windscar aoe- inner/outer aoe- windscar aoe- charge knock up- shield-(after 2 rotations is 5~10 hit I believe)- (after 75% mech is 2 hit blockable aoe)-> every even rotation is 2 windscars before an inner outer on the 2nd lap of his attack pattern, move speed for players is nice here, since classes like summoner don't have it. However, you can choose to do boss 1-2-3 then reset if u want to cheese the currency if master hong is a bit too much for you.
Have any tips for BM on these last 3 bosses? It looks like boss 2-3 everything they do stuns and has to be blocked. Each time a BM blocks takes them out of Drawstance and basically unable to do any damage. Though I guess I need to learn to use violent blade. Since I'm used to using 1 for blocking which drops you out of drawstance.
Suggestion here: click p add some point into movement speed the death zone will not go away until the third one is about to hit( using the first death zone as example) if you are a class that has double movement skill will be helpful( like the one in video, ss and e)
I like when he is like "this attack can be blocked, this attack as well can be blocked and this one can be blocked, as if my class even has 1 way of blocking attacks like wtf"
He will cast the wide AOE fields, blasting the side his hands are on. If his hands are on the left side of his body, it'll cast left. The directions are based on his perspective of left and right. Take a moment and stand directly in front of him and watch his hand movement. You may wipe because of that, but then you'll understand.
Wind is more reliant on ping. For 6v6 pvp, Fire is better due to Tremor (with VT badge). As for 1v1 pvp, both elements are fine; however, Wind is more popular of the choice.
here's something I dont understand, in your video when he does that linear aoe he doesnt turn towards you, but everytime I try to get behind him and avoid it He turns directly at me. I dont understand why what happens in your videos seem to be so different form what happens on my videos. Im strafing to the left the whole time, and I can't get behind him without using flame/frost step. And then whats even more frustrating is if i do manage to get behind him, and im cleared of his AoE, HE STILL HITS ME!? I don't understand this at all. I can take down yonkai, juwol, and dochun just fine, but the moment I come up this motherfucker he doesnt act like your video and he constantly hits me. This is bullshit.
Stand very close in front of him so when he does his linear aoe you can just walk through it. Remember you have to be 3 meters away from his back or it'll still hit.
You only get a whole if you salvage the necklace that can drop from all bosses, my gear wasn't so good so i just farmed Boss 1-3, took about 7 hours to get the bracelet.
The mechs are really stupid. Double cc but dont die ...good fucking luck. You need precise timing, not a second too late or you fail it's like they couldnt be bothered to at least make it a bit easier to SOLO.
Many years later, still saving my life this video lol

You are the best :D the guides helped me so much in circle of suffering
Sadly i dont need more tips but a miracle
Thanks for the guide, man. It helped me out.
The thing that pisses me off the most is that the red lines that show up indicating his attack range DONT ACTUALLY REPRESENT HIS MAX ATTACK RANGE

Dochun is a cakewalk compared to this one.

I think this video came out before HM points existed, but yes, points in movement would help.
I like when he is like "this attack can be blocked, this attack as well can be blocked and this one can be blocked, as if my class even has 1 way of blocking attacks like wtf"
You need to focus on his attacks and how you can avoid them with your class. Knowing his attacks and pattern is half the battle.
Cant understand the hands part at all… im low power but i can dodge and dip everything except the hands crap.

could you pls KFM third spec videó on this solo dungeon?
I'm really overgeared though.
Just started playing kfm... is wind the superior element? or can you also play fire? I think pvp wise wind is also better right? ..
Wind is more reliant on ping. For 6v6 pvp, Fire is better due to Tremor (with VT badge). As for 1v1 pvp, both elements are fine; however, Wind is more popular of the choice.
ok i mostly have a ping under 100 in this game so picking up wind should be fine right?
Yes, totally.
we need to double cc the boss... but for warlord knockdown is just 1 cc. Only thrall stun got double cc ... i feel kinda sad
I think they change it to only one cc is enough.
They couldn't even get new music? They just recycled naksun?
Man, these solo dungeons are getting cheaper and cheaper.
Idk how you do that I get kb everytime I freeze alot and I got 1080 TI i7 7700k ....
Try updating Windows and your drivers. You shouldn't be freezing with your specs.

well at least I'm proud that I'm able to kill Dochun with a low spec pc 😔😣
Previous 2 bosses are so much harder with their cc spam -.-
If you think Juwol and Dochun are harder than Hong we're clearly not playing the same game.
>Has to do this for accessories

me too
the stacks hurt....
Coudnt do it without u man gg
i only have 400k dps
You can clear with that.
