No worries at all...you will need a QLD fossicking license and one for 6 months costs $28.50 + GST which you can get online from the QLD Gov website www.qld.gov.au/recreation/activities/fossicking/licences-permits/purchase/ And for Clermont you will need a permit for access to a number of areas...permits for a week, month, 6 months etc...vary in costs. I think the one for 3 months costs $59. And you can get that one from Clermont Detectors in the town. They will give you a folder with the maps and information required for the various areas.
