Bunny sherif for me there is no downtime. yes midnight neon might give you pdmg buff after casting burst but only for 6 seconds. Dragon scion has 30sec cd so you hae 24seconds downtime.
Patk can find from all Growth Systems. Example Tyr armor set, Str stat, Weapon&accessories enchant (Patk%) , Card collection, Mount, Costume etc. My auto set up when pve or bossing is Attack, 3 Breath (or just Fire,Water and manual Howling), Scion and Full buff.

@@raulsandoval7543 Oh ok. RK Spear build is the best dps for boss fighting. My friend play sword before and yeah i beat him more like 2x dps. I don't see any RK sword left in my server when MVP now. So. when you reached third job. Go Spear bro pretty sure it will be best for pve.
