It's so inspiring to hear strong, healthy, positive minded men speak of family dynamics in a respectful and just manner. Some of us have never heard men speak in this vuberable loving way. Cherishing their mothers, wives and daughters. Perhaps if more men & women had conversations like this in their social groups, we would have higher standards in the example they set. Many young people are being raised by media & not wise, experienced, loving, caring, religious individuals. Subhanallah.
Thank you so much for this beautiful reflection. Islam indeed encourages us to honor family and approach these relationships with love, respect, and care. The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said, “The best of you are those who are best to their families, and I am the best among you to my family.” (Sunan Ibn Majah 1977). The Quran also reminds us, “And We have enjoined upon man, to his parents, good treatment” (Quran 31:14). If we normalise such open, respectful conversations, it strengthens family bonds and gives our youth solid, faith-driven role models, rather than leaving them to be influenced by media alone. The values of cherishing our mothers, wives, and daughters are timeless and crucial to building a compassionate community. 🤲 May we all strive to set loving, respectful examples for future generations.
Salaams! Absolutely love the work the Safi brothers are doing, MashaAllah! This was such a beautiful talk. As a woman, it’s so nice to hear a man talk so beautifully about his wife. May Allah SWT continue to put barakah in their relationship. Ameen!
Love listening to this part of Sami's life. I would love to meet Sumayya one day,she sounds like an amazing woman. I always laugh when Sami tells the "twix story". May we all be blessed and become parents that are supportive of their children and keep them on the right track --- one that is full of love for Allah SWT. Barakallahu feek brothers. Free Palestine,Free Sudan,Free Congo,Free Yemen,Free Syria. ♥️
Barakallahu feek! It’s truly wonderful to hear how much this story resonated with you. May Allah grant us the wisdom to guide our children with love and keep them steadfast in faith. Thank you for your heartfelt words.
This is one of the most inspiring discussions I’ve listened to on the topic. I wish all young people might listen too. It was candid, pragmatic, objective and most of all , funny. Even during this most important discussion, truth and levity mingled to delight and teach. Thank you my sons. (BTW, I’m 81 years old in a month and was married for 61 years.) Y’all stay with these lessons and pass them on to others. May Almighty Allah bless you for giving this Dawah. JAK
Assalamu Alaikum, sister Amna Mohamed, Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your reflections with us. It’s truly humbling to know our discussion resonated with you so deeply. Hearing your encouragement, especially with your wisdom and experience, means the world to us. May Allah bless you for your support and allow us to continue sharing these lessons with others. Wishing you a wonderful 81st birthday and blessings for many more. JazakAllah Khair for your heartfelt message!
Sami I love that Syrian-Turkish analogy ❤. Why would a Muslim from Turkey be more important to Erdoğan than a Muslim from Syria or Yemen or Sudan or Nigeria?? Until we think and act as an Ummah, our troubles will continue. May Allah bless you for saying it the way it should.
This was a great insight into Br Sami’s personal life. May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala preserve his parents and reward them immensely. Lots of lessons to take from this podcast!
JazakAllah khair for your kind words and heartfelt dua! We’re so so grateful this episode offered insight into Sami’s life and the values instilled by his family. Ameen to your dua for his parents - may Allah reward all the good Muslim parents abundantly and preserve them. There are indeed so many valuable lessons to take away from his story. Thank you for being a part of our journey and for sharing in these reflections!
Shukran ..this was a beautiful podcast and gave us a window in the life of Sami and his family. May Allah bless him, guide him and protect him his family Insha Allah. May your podcast gain abundant success and Khair Insha Allah. 🇿🇦

SubhanAllah, what a beautiful compliment! MashaAllah, Brother Sami truly has a way with words that captivates and inspires. We’re so glad you enjoyed the podcast-his storytelling is indeed a gift! May Allah bless him and continue to guide us all through meaningful conversations.
Hes right. Speaking the truth is so difficult for him, that's why he can never give credit to the Shia resistance for their part in defending Palestine.
JazakAllah khair for sharing your perspective. Speaking the truth is indeed a challenge that requires courage and balance. The conversation aimed to highlight issues broadly while encouraging unity and mutual respect among Muslims. It’s vital we remember that our collective support for justice, particularly for Palestine, is strengthened when we focus on shared goals rather than divisions. 🤲 May Allah guide us all to be just and unite us in our efforts to support truth and righteousness.
@@lolpol6563 the title of the video and it's contents are not the same. Mostly he is talking about his family and the title is not about his family. No offense to Samy hamdi
