It is where Christ is now that matters. He is seated at the right hand of the throne of God, everliving to make intercession for us in Heaven.
The usage of the Gospels as texts of evidence regarding his family’s names but not the Christian belief in a bodily resurrection is absurd. The resurrection of Jesus is not just a theological claim. It is a historical claim. If Jesus did not rise from the dead, the Christian faith is false. Paul says as much in his own writings.

An old claim typical of fundamentalist protestants, the alleged "brothers" of Christ are not blood brothers... a careful analysis of the gospels show this clearly, beginning with the fact that Jesus in the Cross leave the care of His mother to the apostle John.

James was one of His natural brothers, and was head of the first Christian church in Jerusalem and wrote the epistle of James.

There are a lot of assumptions. Tabor himself has only suggested that more historical and archeological research be done because it should be considered a site of interest.
