This is very powerful process. Tried many other but found no other better than this. A lot can be experienced while practicing. The only difficulty is ads keep coming when we keep playing it and start doing. If download is possible that would be very helpful in practicing to full extent. Kindly allow download option .

Im ttsnaformed to 3D 3D chackra diana so in first chackra i switch in 50% of circulation time to send prana around my body in 1st chackra level then you switch to opposite way in 2nd chackra and ect until 7th chackra you back to one (1st chackra) im master it to few breathing and ho full to Nirvana
