Farm Aid was started by Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp in 1985 to keep family farmers on the land and has worked since then to make sure everyone has access to good food from family farmers. Dave Matthews joined Farm Aid's board of directors in 2001.

yea I know how that feels. try muting with the left hand and only press on the chords when you need to. it gives your fingers some helpful breaks

I took years finding that point where the lightest touch possible allows the notes to ring out. I think this might help for what it's worth. Just play around with finding the line between no note and JUST BARELY enough pressure to get the note to ring. I'm not amazing or anything; just trying to help. This will help A LOT with arpeggio speed as well. Then again I don't play on 13's.

Jeez..this is an amazing performance of Jack Johnsons, and many other musicians/bands, but why does it seem like the audio is always so stripped off in Farm Aid concerts? I mean even in the Stevie Ray Vaughan one, I could tell SRV was irritated about that.
