@@veronicamoodycorbett2349 i think you have issues with so called: "minimum markup percentage" or "automatic pricing rule" just check in the setting if you have these enabled and if you have, then disable them because they override your manual price input. Its also possible that the product itself has these settings or rules which you can NOT disable which is unfortunate. I hope this helps

You can always communicate with seller about refunds , deficit product. Just watch the test order part

@@veronicamoodycorbett2349 i think you have issues with so called: "minimum markup percentage" or "automatic pricing rule" just check in the setting if you have these enabled and if you have, then disable them because they override your manual price input. Its also possible that the product itself has these settings or rules which you can NOT disable which is unfortunate. I hope this helps
