Even I don't own this bike but I have noticed some pros...
1) Seat comfort & length.. specially for family use
2) Kick start
3) Chain cover
4) Reliable Honda engine
How come these are cons😂

The best part of unicorn is ,that speedometer is so fun to watch 😘
All your reviews are great. But with all due respect, I would request to stop supporting this unnoticed scam done by the showroom guys wherein they unplug the speedometer wire and then they sell it to consumer as new bike which I am pretty sure no would like to purchase. Thanks and regards.
exactly, this is the problem with this reviewers, they are also okay with using retail units for reviews where they rev a new engine to a higher rpm, this is purely lack of moral and ethics from both the sides and this guy does this all the time.
Right bro
right! Kindly let us know how we can avoid such vehicles while buying one

Low maintenance and great engine, using this bike from last 8 years, never disappointed me. Literally the king of it's segment🗿
What is the fork diameter? Is it 37mm? Or less than that? Are the forks of Unicorn thicker than the Apache RTR 160/180 forks? Please reply anyone. Going to exchange my ageing Discover for a new bike in Jan 2022.
My father & I have been using this since 2010. It's not only the king but the UNDISPUTED EMPEROR.

I've done Ladakh from MH to Umling-La on Honda Shine BS3 2017. In Sep 2022. Everything went well.
What a refinement ☺️

using honda unicorn since 2009, have ridden 165k+ on it. this has been the one bike for me for both city and highway rides. the only downside I can think of is not having a kill switch and a proper luggage career in the back.
@@MahbubAlamMithun How is the straight line stability?
everything is good, during braking it is little bit slipery, may be ABS version has better braking, I prefer Unicorn Electric in 2022
@@Subhasis44597 straight line stability is best in class as this bike has the longest wheelbase in class. The 18inch rim is a plus point for that. You will feel very stable cruising on highways.
I own a unicorn since 2009, ridden 165k+ kilos with it. I think it returned its value long ago. this bike is so much more reliable than its competitors, and comfort is a big deal when I am taking it in the highways with a pillion. love this bike.
Will this bike be okay for rider + pillion body weight approx 160 kgs? Pls share your valuable inputs as I am planning of buying a bike in 150-160 segment. Thanks.
Undisputed king of 150cc segment. Elegant, timeless design. Fill it, shut it, use it. One of the smoothest gearbox. Also has the highest waiting period at most of the dealers. Says a lot about bike's long term reliability.
@@ArbazFayazMir pulsar gonna wasted after 5 years my cousin sold his pulsar 180 last month only after 4 years.
@@ArbazFayazMir old pulsar's build quality was superb but now it is nothing more than a mess, that's why apache is getting ahead in this segment and FZ was always there when it comes to reliability honda is really something, if you want sportier look then go for pulsar but if you want reliability and smooth engine with real ride quality unicorn is better option.
Unicorn main problem is small side stand and missing problem

Its been 10 years with this big and it has naver failed no matter the service is out dated and it still works as hell man ❤
I'm getting 50kmpl mileage from this BS6 model, and it's been only 9 months. This grey axis matte looks really nice in real life scenario.
Every time when I ride my bike, I feel this engine is very reliable and super comfortable.
But it looks like Honda Livo.... I already hv d same mett Grey model
@@akashchaudhary6181 livo is quite thin, compared to Unicorn. I don't think both bikes are same looking.
What's the quality of the bs6 model bro
@@Interestingbuff as an owner, I ride it daily, found no issues till now.
ABS quality is very reliable, seat is very comfortable, handling is very very easy. After installing leg guard, side stand, saree guard and with a tank full of atleast 11-12 ltrs, I found the bike pretty heavy, but I got used to of it.
Switches are decent, pillion comfort is very high.
Honda just kept this bike as normal as it was before, and also made it as no nonsense bike again.

Price is high bro
55 kmpl millage bro
55kmpl on my pulsar 150

Not sure about the 160 cc version, but i do own a 150 cc version, & it is still works like a charm….
This bike is really good that I love it today also 😘 exhaust, rear suspension, refinement is just so impressive and different then other bikes in the range 😀❤️
Bought unicorn in college about a decade ago after test driving all bikes available that time. Sold it after few years as there was no need. A decade later when I wanted to buy a bike again, took test rides of all again but couldn't find anything better than Unicorn again.
No gimmicks in this bike, analog stuffs are more reliable, sitting posture is terrific, mileage is good (not great).

My first motorcycle was a Unicorn 150 when it was newly launched in India. It remains my favorite in that segment till date. I never liked my Pulsar as much.
Pulsar has engine issue ....it need half engine work in every 45,000-50,000km atleast
My father's first bike was also unicorn 150
@Rakesh Mohanty Agree, brother. Had owned Pulsar 180 for 10 years, and i had spent a lot on service charges. At 40konly, it got a gasket problem, and engine oil started to leak.
Unicorn🦄=power💪+milage king👑

Most under rated bike. I am using it from last 4 years, and believe me its a silent killer. Awesome pickup, great suspension, excellent ride quality and terrific mileage. I get 60 kmpl highway mileage and 50-55 kmpl overall..
Nothing beats Unicron's comfort , using it daily for clg.
One of the best bike from HONDA....
VERY MUCH POPULAR IN SOUTH INDIA AND MAHARASHTRA.....
The comfort for rear passenger is the best 😭❤️I have experience cz that suspension feedback on back is just amazing 😘
My uncle owns Red Unicorn, when he'll stop using it, I'll keep its Suspension in museum! Suspension gives Heavenly good comfort on any road, pothole!
Love for honda for making this bike!
Even yamaha FZ s series. Im riding fz for 12 years. Luxury & super duper suspension. O ly con of yamaha is its service cost. Yamaha starts to spend you more in service after 5 years of bike usages. So Unicorn on the other hand is low maintenance for 10 years atleast. So somebody going for durable engine with low service cost should go for UNICORN. Being a Yamaha owner im saying this because after yamaha i spent heavily after 5 years of usage.

Yesterday, I made a trip to a place 110 kms away from my home with this bike at 60kmph avg. It was a non stop ride and I felt no problem. There I halted for 1 hour. Then back to my home again and it was also a non stop ride. Not a single problem faced.
this is a great project bike, i got one used for around 40k last year and changed the headlight to a circular one and it looks like the suzuki bandit from early 2000s...the engine is superb, it's honda after all
I bought a unicorn on 2005, almost I have completed 1,75,000 kms on that, and bought other unicorn 160 on 2015, now running 80,000 Kms, still today am happy with Honda engine, reliability, efficiency, no doubt Honda is strong in its segment

Unicorn 150 has the best instrument cluster. No need of digital. We can use mobile holder. I have Unicorn 150 2011 Model. Still running smooth like butter with milage 50-55 and power more than my friend's 2018 Model. Old is gold.
I think dual disk should be introduced for this unicorn as an option....other wise as you mentioned this is very practical bike.
Digital meter too
Not worth for the rear size tyre it has to offer and the tyre skid chances increases two folds with disc for this bike.
If you want a rear then you have X-blade and its infact better than this bike in every possible way except for it's fiber tank.
What is the fork diameter? Is it 37mm? Or less than that? Are the forks of Unicorn thicker than the Apache RTR 160/180 forks? Please reply anyone. Going to exchange my ageing Discover for a new bike in Jan 2022.
You really give a good review 👏. Pulsar handling is poor compare to Unicorn.
Japanese engine is better than Chinese and Indian engine.
The only positive, i found in buying an unicorn in the 150 cc segment are
1) engine reliability 🔥.
2) engine refinement 🔥 can feel the same charm while riding the bike even after many years. ( my friend owns a 2012 model and still it runs like the same level of refinement.
3) The proper commuterish look. ❤️, a 160 cc engine perfect for city use as well as for small distance highways.
4) good mileage figures of around 55 kmpl. 🔥
What else do we need to buy a bike.👍🏻
But i bought a pulsar 150 split seat for my ride 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Gear shift problem is the major issue , I do like your video , views ke liye saab achha hai maat bolo please .
It uses the honda x blade engine. So it basically has the same problems that x blade has. For example gear shifting issues, unrefined at low rpm etc. Earlier 150 cc unicorn was a gem

Does your model is bs6?
Many peoples are saying that it's rear suspension will get damaged after sometime
@Vivek Sahu Yes, it is bs6. 2021 model. Honda is a pioneer in building mono shock suspensions. I haven't heard of any such complaints about suspension getting damaged after some time. Bs6 is better and refinded compared to old models. How i know? Because i had purchased unicorn back in 2010 and sold it after 3 months as it had a lot of problems. Early morning starting issue, lack of power, and poor brakes. But believe me, BS6 has solved all the old issues. Best bike from Honda. Easily clocks 100 -110 without stress or vibrations. And finally, it's easy on pockets, too. Very minimum issues. Have spent only 2 to 2.5k on service charges from the last 2 years.

Been waiting for this review. I want to purchase a new bike this year and was looking for a reliable bike with a kick start. Comparing with Pulsar 150 Standard and 150 Neon, I will go with Unicorn.
Xtreme 160R too is a good option, however, the pillion seat with hump won't work for me as I often need to take my mom out on the bike. Unicorn will be comfortable for her.
You can consider xblade... it's big and long seat will be really comfortable for your mother... also additional power will excite you a bit more
@Abhishek Goswami 😂👍🏻
@@ashmitbasumajumder5295 Thank you. Xblade certainly has a unique face and road presence. However, looking at the conditions of many roads in Mumbai, I would prefer a bike with more ground clearance. Unicorn has the best ground clearance is this segment.
My current bike (Apache 150) has the ground clearance of 165 mm and I have often seen the main stand getting hit on bumpy roads, especially with a pillion on board. Xblade too has 165 mm.
So I think with 187 mm, Unicorn will be a better choice.
You have sold this bike to all your viewers with your buckets of praise.
