@@akzz1977 25-30 days and hypersensitivity approx 2 months but many times it takes sensitive when touch.

Swelling is quite common if there is no pain then u do not have to worried. ..... uu used which ointment first say that

You can go to college. Hypersensitivity can take upto 4 weeks to go away. Different for each person.

Recently I underwent the partial circumcision surgery for phimosis.
Healing is happening the way you have described but the Urologist who did the surgery here in Canada had told me that after a month I will be able to have sex. It is almost a month and I still experience pain. Previously I could not get an erection right after the surgery but now it has started happening naturally.
You have answered that it could take upto six weeks.
Here's my question:
During the erection, my skin doesn't retract the way it should. From the top it retreats more but from the below it doesn't and pains a lot too.
What should I do?
Another thing is can you make a video with pictures? Demonstrating the healing process after partial circumcision? So at least I can use it as a reference to check if the healing process is normal or do I need to consult a doctor?

@QPQC-ez2iu Probably the big lip like skin is swelling. But why is it not going away? It reduced but for the last 15 days there's no improvement.
@QPQC-ez2iu one doctor told me to leave it open, dry and apply antibiotic ointment twice a day. Here gauss is not sold. Expensive pads are sold. I apply ointment and after that I use pad to avoid friction.
I asked for bactigras guage dressing and they gave me cuticell classic - paraffin guaze dressing , do they work same?

@Parth Gela Hi Parth - Feeling much better now. Its day 23 and i can say that you will gradually improve. This improvement won't happen overnight. My pain and sensitivity have reduced although my tip is still pretty sensitive but the sensation is a lot bearable now. I am also able to move around a little better than before. Doing exercise before was unthinkable :D

@@venudoddavarapu9186 I never asked what type of circumcision they did. But I am sure it was not laser based. I did my surgery in Bangalore. My opinion is to go to a very reputed hospital. Dont comprise with quality. Honestly I never researched a lot about this surgery cuz I was already very nervous about it. I only started researching once I completed surgery which is quite wrong 🤣

Glans and Tip remains open after Circumcision. Kindly advise if the hypersensitivity of Glans and Tip normalises and does not pain, when we touch Glans and Tip and after how many days from Date of operation.

Sir how long can the sutures take to fall off..I'm on the 21st day of circumcision..many of the sutures are still there.. creates a lot of problem while applying cream..currently applying Metrogyl M ointment...is it ok?
Depends what type of sutured they are. Can take upto 4 weeks. Ointment is fine.

Doctor, you said dry rakhna jaruri hai, but jab main ointment lgake, upar se paraffin wax dressing lgata hu to wound main oinment chipak jata hai, it resides in layers between wounds.
During bath I try to wash it with water but the oinment stay sticking to the wound.
How should I dry it?
After few days dry rakhna jarrori hai. When you don't need to do dressing.

Swelling aisa rahte hai upto 15 days if required then use little warm water with salt. It helps to reduce swelling. But its depneds on parient condition.

My 3 year old son undergone circumcision my only question is post surgery can we keep the wound completely open so that it dries properly? I do keep him in warm water bucket advised by doctor. But we try to not to cover it by anything post bath so that it dries completely please advise if we really need to cover it with the cloth ?

Ask your doctor for ointments or you can can use Dettol to maintain hygiene.

Sir i did my circumcision surgery 2 days ago. So the foreskin on top of my penis is gone leaving my glan exposed. In the coming months will some skin grow back a fraction so that it covers my glans. If it stays like this forever then it will be too sensitive for me to engage in any sexual activity. Please advise. I am worried.

The best way to recover from the horrors of male genital mutilation is to not do it. There are no medical benefits to circumcision that PrEP and a condom won't do far better. If you are responsible enough to trim your toenails and wipe after going to the bathroom, an intact penis is easy to keep clean. It's not better looking, more hygienic, or healthier to have undergone MGM.

Circumcision is clearly sexual mutilation since it amputates what's necessary to experience pleasurable, delicate sex (i.e. the moist inner lining of the vaginal wall), the prepuce is given to us by nature to make sex pleasurable and trigger orgasms for the survival of our species in hostile conditions, here's why cutting it off is a bad idea. Here are some drawbacks doctors WON'T tell you about circumcision:
1. Partial or complete loss of sensitivity of the glans penis: I'm talking about the fine touch sensitivity
of the inner prepucial tissue, that is lost forever, based on how much tissue is remove from your
penis. Leaving a keratinized glans.
2. Painful Sex, Masturbation, Erections: The glans is not covered by anything after a circumcision.
3. Anorgasmia: You orgasm too early, too late or not at all even after sufficient stimulation during sex/
masturbation. And just barely enough semen is ejected for pregnancy.
3. Decrease in orgasmic intensity: The highly innervated ridged band between the opening of foreskin and glans is permanently removed, cutting off your orgasmic volume as well. The frenulum (if kept) is
damaged.
4. Decreased Libido: Ability to have multiple rolling orgasms is lost forever, you can have just ONE orgasm during sex/masturbation and no more, your penis becomes sore after that and it hurts to keep
going. The highly innervated ridged band between the opening of foreskin and glans is permanently removed.
5. Removal of the most sexually sensitive tissue of the male genitalia: The prepuce is the primary
sexually responsive tissue of the penis, protecting the glans during erections and triggering intense
orgasms, circumcised guys are "sexually challenged".
6. Circumcision is a money making scheme for doctors: The amputated tissue is sold to factories and
pharmaceutical companies for research and making skin creams and doctors make thousands of dollars.
Foreskin restoration IS possible but it just gives you a layer of tissue around your glans and has the same quality as the remaining prepuce kept below. The actual tissue is lost forever.
