July 31st a new pair

Is it too late to get a pair of swifts? These are new. One arrived on the 28th. Today, a mate arrived.
There's a downside. This box is occupied by a pair who left 2 weeks ago when the last young one fledged. One of that pair is ringed and colour ringed. None of these two have rings
