USN, 68-74, ETR-2. NAS Miramar, 70-74. I maintained GCA RADAR and TACAN, also had a part time civilian type job at the auto hobby shop. Great place to be back then. Our shop was way down about 6000ft toward the W end off the N side of the high speed taxiway, and W of the back end of the "bore sight range".
Thank the Lord they didn't shut down the airbase or airstation. Later on it went from being Naval Air Station Miramar to Marine Corps Air Station Miramar
