I've been using gixxer sf 155 from last 6 years , already ridden 36000 km and it still feels the same , still smooth and punchy , also took it for long rides and had done some off roads as well , can't expect more from it, soon I'll update with 250

Had clocked Gixxer sf 155 for 52000+ kms in 6 years, it's punchy, but not that much smooth or vibration less in 110+ speeds... But there is no lack to push 120+ and returns mileage of 47-50. Now using Gixxer sf 250 for 8 months and clocked 8000+ kms and the same comfort and love on Suzuki continues...
Returning a mileage of 35+ and punchy engine with linear power delivery and torquee on all gear limits. Produces little vibes on tank and footrest on speeds over 135+ can clock upto 145 without issue.
Overall satisfied with Suzuki product but fed up with the service and spares availability due to some poor dealerships.
I too have giixxer sf 150 since last 6 yrs and drobe around 25K. Planning to upgrade to 250SF.
Bike is value for money no one looks at the speed-o-meter all the time nor does anyone give a flying shit about looks everyone just cares about 1 thing engine and speed so my friend you took the right decision
Suzuki's bikes are good. Off late the pricing has become crazy and what I feel is that the after sales service is worst. Showroom vale loot rahe hain public ko.. Quality of chain set, brake pads and other consumables is not reasonable compared to cost. I own Gixxer 150 and that is my experience in last 5 years. I paid 7k for a service and then stopped going to showroom 😂
Yh same. These people don’t have parts which the bike needs and then if we go to local then they say we don’t have its parts . Mine is 2015 model now 6 years old
People like you can trash any bike . rev your bike at full and don't clean and lube chain at 1000km . And brakepads last for 2-3 years . And my serviceing costs 900rs for three months . Maintain your bike
And either you are liar or you got cheated . I changed my brakepad just now they cost 300 for front and yes chainset costs 1600 I have parts price list

Gixxer is a value for money product. Have been riding a 4 year old Gixxer and have covered over 26,500 kms without any hitch other than the speedo sensor which was changed yesterday besides one set of front brake pad, one spark plug and 2 air filters. This 155 cc Gixxer has 141 mm front Shock absorbers which is normally provided for higher capacity bikes . Gem of a machine which can cruise on top gear @ 28 kmph . Get average of 53/km/liter.
In Honda highness one can't use 5th gear lower than 55 kmph speeds.
This Gixxer is totally stress free and dosen't over heat at all . This is the best value for money bike one can buy in this segment which is absolutely free of vibrations.

I own first generation gixxer sf fi, I've clocked 65000 km on the odo and still the smoothness can be felt in the engine. No vibrations in the bike till 7500 rpm. Suzuki engines are best.

I also own same bike. Bought it two months ago. Roadtrip done from Delhi to Shimla with pillion. Awsome performance and mileage. Just a small tip for this guy. Get your bike serviced from Super Suzuki West Delhi it will cost same mine is done from there only. Best place for Suzuki bikes.

I have a Suzuki Gixxer sf 150. 62000 km done. Very smooth engine. Not even once I have done engine service.

The only drawback on this bike is they should have offered a slip and assist clutch at this price point,which is very helpful in city . The issue of early brake pad wearout is even in vstrom. Maybe somebody can suggest better brake pads.

Your video was nice and informative. I own gixxer sf 250. Which is a year old and clocked 30000 kms. I must say the front break pad life is around 2000kms hardly. Its not about riding style. Its about some serious issues with the break pad. To test the life of pad i had used many companies pads. But still the life is same. So the issue is with either caliper or disk plate.
I must appreciate the engine. And also its a eye catching bike poor marketing of the company.

Bro ride both sf and non sf....you might like the riding posture of non sf....i have sf but it's not that comfy as everyone say(but ya better tham rc and r1 ofcourse).
And with pillion its a nightmare in hilly region on SF😂 your nuts and palm will scream.

Suzuki's parts are so expensive & also service centers are not available in all locations.
The only drawback of this bike is seating comfort...I had a back ache after riding it 200 kilometres trip and I am still suffering from this pain...
You need soft seat for this bike and normal naked version. Seat is very hard . Seating position is upright and normal
I have removed around 1.5 inches from the riders seating position and replaced with softer foam for better comfort. Try if you can get the BMW 310 R seat .Alternatively you can replace the top layer with a gel pad
Not true, dts bcz of some problem in ur back. I rode it for 950 KM in 15 hours. No such pain in back..

I have gixxer 155 from 7.5 yrs. Done 85k kms. Still getting mileage of 45 kms even after riding in city. still reaches top speed of 120 kmph. Done ladakh and Bangalore from Mumbai without any issue. Done 1000 km in 24 hrs.
No doubt this is value of money but safety features more in yamaha r15
