They are completely different, the arcade teaches some cool tricks you can use pvp but that's about it in what concerns this correlation. Getting all Ur The Best medals requires a lot of patience and grind and it's highly recommended watching a tutorial like this one to know the fastest paths available. In PvP you may need to know what consists of the maps you play in and the guns' tricks.

Try to get better scores which may open them probably due to the total amount of tickets you earned and if you want the basement you need to buy the key in the guys shop.

I went on to do it the legit way, but just couldn't for the love of god go under 12 seconds. Spent like legit hours, then I tried the door glitch again, and it succeeded first time lol. However, having gotten so good at the level, I knew the legit way was within my arm's reach, and now all relaxed I managed to do it in a couple runs.. felt good!
