The sole purpose of the interim bail is to offer a level fair ground for Lok Sabha election the essential for 'Democracy'. With 2 Solicitor General trying their best to prove an elected CM not less than terrorist but the Apex Court understood the influences and may not found direct involvement of CM within the produced evidences.
