Very useful .. Headlight is easy to instal but how you made it make the process awesome when we have limited space like my Yaris 😎
I wish you would show the actual headlight look after install. With my sealight lowbeams I see a distinct dark midline area and not sure if I have installed correctly.
hmmm - perhaps you should REDO this video. Yes, you put the bulb in backwards at first ( note the cord being at the bottom of the bulb when installed ) and then magically the cord is at top at the next scene. Well after wondering why my beam pattern was so screwed up - I watched the video again and noted this. Flipped the bulb around and now it looks fine. AAAAhhh - yes we do look at install videos so please do them correctly! I almost returned it because of your incorrect video.

The cable ended up being in the up position after I was done. The beam pattern looks good. The tabs on the light bulbs are different sizes so the bulb can only end up being in only one position. The mounting plate goes on in only one position also so everything has to fit in perfectly without having to force anything in.
I'll try these lout later tonight to see how to perform. I bought another brand and the beam pattern wasn't very good. I know the slightest amount of distance difference between two LED bulbs can make a significant different. My old LED bulbs before they quit working had a very good beam pattern with a excellent cut off pattern.
This was a quick R&R. It took maybe about 10 minutes. This video should be done over.
Knowing this helps, but for the record, which is the final correct position of the cord? Coming out at the top or the bottom. Glad you were able to fix this, but final correct cord position some how got lost in the translation.
In this video the cord is never shown "up" post install.

I bought a different brand a few weeks ago put them on and high beams were lighting the floor and low beams were blinding people plus my high beams indicator wasn’t working high hopes for this set 03 tacoma.
Does it matter if the outlet wire faces up or down as long as the LEDs are facing to the side (9 and 3)?
Yes it does, the part of the led that has a portuding should be at the bottom.
How do you tell which one's the high beam and which ones the low
This video is showing conflicting instructions @1:07 the wires are facing down, @1:19 the wires are facing up, does anyone know the correct position?

Strangely enough, my rubber dust ring has become fused to my headlamp bulb assembly; it is all one piece, therefore, I cannot replace the bulb without purchasing new dust rings. Has anyone else experienced this?
The rubber dust rings on mine were tightly sealed to the bulb's retaining bracket. It was tightly sealed enough where I thought it might be fused too. I was thinking I'd need to cut it out but I slowly worked it open. I did this by both pulling on the dust ring while also pulling from the bracket end. I'd done this multiple times by working the opposite ends until it finally broke the seal. Then it came out easily.
@@davidyang2437 thanks David! I thought that might be the case, but I didn't want to damage the rubber ring. Perhaps applying some heat might help loosen them as well.
Wipe some silicone spray or a tiny bit of silicone paste on the rubber dust cover.
