This sounds very similar to scams that are being run on Spotify the music app. This scam works like this… The original artist posts their album etc Then a scammer makes a brand new account, downloads all the OA’s music And uploads it on their brand new Spotify account Then immediately copyright claims all the OA’s music that they stole Then Spotify works off of the 1st come 1st serve method and if the thief is the 1st one to copyright claim the OA’s work then Spotify sides with the scammer and removes all of the Original artist’s music. And after you have your music removed for copyright claims you can’t get the scammers account removed with all of your stolen music, you can’t even re-upload your music again yourself. So these poor music artists have to not only have their music stolen, but their own music gets removed while they are basically banned from the platform while they also have to watch the scammer earn revenue off all their hard work. It’s really sad and so far Spotify hasn’t even addressed this as a real problem. Smh

By the start I knew who traced, like, you can see OBVIOUSLY WHO TRACED. One has very shaky line art and is generally more simple and the other one is a lot more detailed and more “confident” than the other
you can tell someone is a tracer when it looks like their art has no plan underneath. when you draw your own sketch you know how everything is working, but when you're just tracing from something already existing you won't understand the decisions that the original artist made so the art won't make sense (ie the fingernails on the closed hand). also the linework and shading will be unconfident and shaky compared to the more skilled anatomy.
Bro! Just already give the record of artwork💀! Like uk maximum art software usually have Time lapse video Replay! Guys! It doesn’t need any much further arguement💀
I clicked on this because it's an artist I've known for years, but apparently totally missed this mess. This is insane, I can't imagine how the tracer thought this would work.
This was on my Twitter timeline, that's gotta be one of the most blood boiling situations for an artist to go through, and they were lucky that the other person was super dumb.
Oof, its such a shame that they felt the need to do this, you can trace the art and credit the person you traced off of since tracing can actually help you learn to draw 😭
My goodness, and I'm following Bun! I'm so glad I saw this so my dumb brain does not get fooled.. But I do feel the other person traced Bun, mainly cause of a skill issue, especially with the shading in the hair... And yeah, the outfit especially is too close and similar, and now it's mentioned, the hair as well... STAND FOR BUN!!
I follow bunbbyart since a long time. very experienced artist with a lot of knowledge. you can clearly see which one is traced because the colors/shading/lineart everything is off compared to the things they traced. the skill levels doesn't align.
If they wanted to prove their art was from the year before (which they didn't and didn't have proof), they could've used the Metadata to show the creation of the art piece to show when it was made. But they didn't. They just said it was and expected everyone to side with her instead of the original artist. How sad of them.
Wow, I never thought that the artist traced and tried to say it owned it and why a professional artist would try trace beginners artist. As a beginners artist, scary me that if I use reference, I want to post it, and I will never post it. I do use references for clothes and pose, but I mostly try to do my own pose because of this.
Tracing is so obvious to me. When you're tracing you are more likely to copy the lines without thinking about the actual shapes underneath. It always looks wrong, like the shapes are there but they don't have a real form. You can see it in the clothes and hair, all of those lines and they just make the drawing look more flat. It always comes off as a cardboard cutout of the original.
It’s so obvious BitterNightmare is the one who traced 😭. Bun’s body proportions are all correct, the eyes are actually where they are supposed to be, unlike BN’s- lost like Zoro on a daily basis. It’s really frustrating and kind of sad that beginner artists like BN are not drawing for fun or because they want to improve, but simply for attention, to be praised for something they didn’t even really do. How can they be happy with the compliments and likes? They didn’t do anything at all and it really is an insult to artists. I can imagine how much hard work and effort Bun put into her commissioner’s oc, just to have all of it be stolen by another and claimed as theirs. Messed up indeed.
4:57 I personally consider myself to be pretty good at dynamic poses but I'm HORRIBLE at linework, lighting, shading, just rendering overall. (not defending this person, just saying that this is something that can totally happen!)

Dont ever trace someone elses work and try to claim its your own. Only one time tracing isnt bad and thats if u are using it to learn and understand better how to draw something. Even then do not claim the work as your own. Simply for a personal study
8:47 the plush in the back 😭
Whenever you said OC means original character I always knew that but everyone told me it was not true ty btw
The hair bitternightmare’s one looks unnatural and stiff, probably traced
I was convinced in the first minute ngl
Btw Bunny's art is so good and cute, will follow
Ive been following this artist for a while and seeing them on this video is something very unusual to me 😭
GURL LOVE UR GREEN HAIR
Man, the things tracers do for clout, insane💀
i love watching your videos btw! genuinely a nice channel with nice commentary. its rlly helpful to have someone with art experience talking about these things! keep up the good work i love your content sm
bro really thought they'd get away with it. 💀💀
This kind of pettiness on every tracer who claims the picture they traced over "stole from them" just never stops doesn't it. 😂😂
As a digital artist, accept commissions from people with UNNATURALLY complicated yet GORGEOUS OC designs.
THE LITTLE PLUSHLY MOVING AT THE END AT THE VIDEO LOL
I love bunbbyart sm I've been following her for so long when I saw this I was so confused
Obviously I was on buns side but to see so many people against bun makes me sad she doesn't deserve it
Probably because she draws girls showing off a lot of skin
@@Lin-sv1un ok and it's her art she can do whatever she wants.
Buns art style is gorgeous.❤️
I dont mean to be rude, but its hilarious that they claim buns drawing is traced, she clearly has way higher skills
8:48 The plushie is alive lmaooo
I can’t believe some people actually do this
I'm sorry but are those people who accused the original artist blind? You can literally see the difference in both artwork, like dude you can clearly see all the detail in the drawing of the original artist.
08:40 THE PLUSH
I'm living for all of your vtuber drama videos 😂❤
When will these people just tell the truth it's so sad
If they did….. what would you be watching?
@@alejandromolinac my usual content :)
You can always tell because people who trace lack the braincells to up the pixel count when they screenshot other artists work so the lines are bulkier and more pixelated and looks less fluid
Another explanation is the artist sketching out the pose
HELP WAIT MY EX BESTIE'S LINEART AND ART LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THAT SHE MAY BE THE TRACER- 😭 SHE USED TO CALL HERSELF NIGHTMARE
Me when I lie
@@DepressedBarCat ?? 1. ik ur not talking w that hazbin hotel wattpad ahh profile and 2. not everything online is a lie, maybe its true, maybe its a coincidence, maybe its not
@@DepressedBarCatare you living in their balls? how are you so sure
@@DepressedBarCatmaybe it’s coincidence… you of all people should know that
HELPPP
i am shocked because i was friends with her and had told me all the lies, and weeks ago she still tried to tell me more lies...
imagine trying to gaslight the owner of the artwork you traced into thinking that they traced your's, interesting...
By the start I knew who traced, like, you can see OBVIOUSLY WHO TRACED.
One has very shaky line art and is generally more simple and the other one is a lot more detailed and more “confident” than the other
I mean just looking at the disparity between their skills, we can easily see which one traced 💀
I saw this the other day, it hurt my brain and is also just gross
you can tell someone is a tracer when it looks like their art has no plan underneath. when you draw your own sketch you know how everything is working, but when you're just tracing from something already existing you won't understand the decisions that the original artist made so the art won't make sense (ie the fingernails on the closed hand). also the linework and shading will be unconfident and shaky compared to the more skilled anatomy.
I hate whenever people do these things. On another note 8:45 something happens in the BG and it's funny lol.
8:46 Ayyy who be that back there! :D
8:46 the plushie moving lol
How can a tracer thought "lemme accuse the person I traced from" and not expect their ass to get humiliated or called out when it so clearly copied
I, somebody with no experience, could make a better trace than this guy lmfao
YOU'RE SO CLOSE TO 50K, I CAN'T WAIT FOR U TO HIT IT
Tbh i trace people's arts that i like and keep them to myself to practice them before drawing bodies
Gotta hit em with that good ol "no, you" card once you get caught
0:00 nobody gonna talk abt the little goofy cute guy?(-•-)
I follow bunbbyart since a long time. very experienced artist with a lot of knowledge. you can clearly see which one is traced because the colors/shading/lineart everything is off compared to the things they traced. the skill levels doesn't align.
If they wanted to prove their art was from the year before (which they didn't and didn't have proof), they could've used the Metadata to show the creation of the art piece to show when it was made. But they didn't. They just said it was and expected everyone to side with her instead of the original artist. How sad of them.
I SAW THAT POST AND THE PEOPLE TELLING HER THAT SHE WAS THE TRACER WAS INSANE
Wow, I never thought that the artist traced and tried to say it owned it and why a professional artist would try trace beginners artist. As a beginners artist, scary me that if I use reference, I want to post it, and I will never post it. I do use references for clothes and pose, but I mostly try to do my own pose because of this.
bun's art is so pretty, i knew it was the original because the other was literally deviant art 2017 😭
I did private tracing to improve my art a bit, but i never posted it. This is js outrageous😭
Same. I did it to improve my anatomy
Imagine stealing someones money then saying they robbed you💀
Tracing is so obvious to me. When you're tracing you are more likely to copy the lines without thinking about the actual shapes underneath. It always looks wrong, like the shapes are there but they don't have a real form. You can see it in the clothes and hair, all of those lines and they just make the drawing look more flat. It always comes off as a cardboard cutout of the original.
at 8:48 the zero two doll just dances herself😭😭
is nobody talking about the plushie on the end moving 😅
Bitternightmare's art looks so weird , bunbby's one is actually pretty and genuine
