I’ve noticed Iris’s favorite thing to do is sit on Barry’s lap . I had a friend who loved doing that with me and as simple as it is,it shows how comfortable the person is with you and it shows you’re their safe haven.

I have to disagree. I still don't see the chemistry everyone keeps talking about. All I see is that they are really comfortable with each other and don't get me wrong, they are great when acting goofy and showing the base of their relationship: friendship. But I don't see the romantic chemistry at all. And I'm not hating on the ship here. I really wanted them together in the first two seasons and I'm continuing to look for the chemistry everyone is talking about. I want to like the ship but I don't see the romantic chemistry anywhere. All I see is comfort and friendship.
Lmao exactly. They’re super haters. These two are good friends in real life which is why they bounce off each other so well in these scenes and it translates well on camera. Lots of lovely chemistry 🥰

I feel like there was a season where the actors may have had some beef. They weren’t affectionate or touching. It was strange, then they went back to normal. Maybe season 6 I can’t recall, but I remember looking at former seasoned and they were always touching. I’m glad they’re back to normal. They have great chemistry together

Yes I think it was season 7 mainly. Iris was missing for most of season 6 because she was stuck in the mirror (hated that storyline)! I feel like show isn’t what it use to be. Barry was so obsessed with Iris in the early seasons and now it feels flat. Hoping it can get back to what it was.
