I was lying in bed half asleep in the hotel room, I felt someone choking me on both side of my throat, By this time I am experienced in handling these by keeping mindfulness, sure enough after a while I realise my 'Chi' had travelled down and stuck at my Throat.
I started my Buddhism journey in Wat Palelai also and I never looked back. Very thankful for those who contributed the dhamma books available there.
