Enchantments are Frozen orb + Fire bolt, for SHAKO i defenitly want to try it to see if is worthy or not. The thing with Lucky hit im using that stats cuz of the new Amulet will see what they gonna do about it i think they gonna nerf it to the ground when the S4 start.
i just started 3 days ago, wanted to build a sorcerer only using ice, level 49 now playing on world tier 2.. my point is, what the hell is this lol this is awesome, i know this is the most end possible build but, i kinda wanted to change my build lol this is perfect
Not need it that was PTR aspect cuz there the cap of the armor was 17.300 for T200 now its 9230 so u can remove the armor aspect and put on Disobidiance

How's he getting mana regen
rings with Resource regeneration + mana cost , items with mana per second + resource cost + Ice armor (30 % mana regen)
How are you able to keep using that ice spell?

Did you get to Pit Tier 200 on live servers?
The Build is good but u cannot reach T200 with sorc yet , i dont think that is even possible to reach it with Necro.
