What’s in Tegan’s storage locker? Comics, mostly. Mostly unsorted. They need to be sorted and bagged.
This week: War Machine #11, from Scott Benson, Len Kaminski, and Stewart Johnson, Solar: Man of the Atom #50 by Dan Jurgens and Dick Giordano, X-Treme X-Men (Vol. 2) #4, by Chris Claremont and Salvador Larocca, and Ninja #11, from Eternity Comics!

Grell Green Arrow is extremely charming work to me. I love the romantic mixed-media pieces.

Rick Remender’s Iron Man? Don’t think he ever did that. Maybe Fraction’s or Bendis’s?

oh, I guess it was fraction, now that you mention it - like I’m the first person to get those two jumbled up, I have the whole run in expensive hardcovers so it’s not like they didn’t get their nut from me whoever the fuck wrote it

Your thoughts on Claremont have me wondering. What would it take to get your take on Claremont's bonkers contribution to the Alien Vs. Predator world with "Deadliest of the Species"? That Dark Horse era of Alien and Predator comics is such a fascinating view into the changing comics industry from the late 80s all the way into the late 90s and I've always appreciated whenever you touch on it.

Short answer off the top of my head - I’ve read them but it’s been decades, I’d need to go back, maybe that might be worth going back for … my vague memory is that it’s slightly underwhelming with great art? but a reread might be in order
