I enjoy Thrall but when I play him I almost always run the same build and go with the Mana Tide at lvl 4 because he can just stay in lane forevor if nothing forces him out. Though on this map I sometimes try to go for crash lightning and almost managed to complete that quest before we ended. Was literally two stacks away. Probably why people don't pick that talent because it's so hard to get those stacks before the game ends. Pretty much have to tryhard to do it. One thing about him though is simple blocks and blinds can severely hurt his damage.
Great build with Thrall, what i do with the new talent, if i use it, i choose the mana talent instead of the resistance one, for longer tf's and on 13 or 16 choose the one with the triple e last hit. Knowing that the e will give double stacks, mana wont be a problem nor healing. + "5" seconds less on cd thanks to the talents
Do you still use super low sensitivity? Was watching a Fan stream and Jhow in chat said you used basically FPS sensitivity to better do 'tricks' like animation-stalling ranged minions back in 2018.
On the note of bad Li Ming talent: One thing to keep in mind is that many great players have started to frequent the game a bit less over the years. That affect the remaining great players too. Some of the best European players are picking bad talents in tournament as a half joke against weaker teams more frequently, because the skill gap is increasing. That doesn't make any of the bad talents any better.
You know what would be a buff that would make Thrall "competitive"? Make Blood for Blood baseline and give him a lvl 7 talent tier. :p Or would that be too much?

I feel like mana regen in that talent would have been nice. Sure, everything has like a 4 sec CD, but who cares if you have no mana.
