I wish you guys continued the story, especially describing more about the ancient races such as altarians and drath (dunno why but i like the struggle of these two) the link between humans and altarians is also what made me interested in the lore of this game and of course since Arcea, Altaria are retaken cant wait to see what will going next
I like the idea of the lore being put out. Some of the art though is in a confusing order. The first gal civ that I ever played was the second so I have at least a decent understanding of the lore from my playthroughs.
It's telling that the first 14 minutes and 20 seconds of this 15 minute video detailed a prologue, GalCiv1 and GalCiv2. Which shows just how little story there was in GalCiv3 when I played it and I'd presume GalCiv4 as nowhere have I been able to find detailed documentation of what's supposed to be happening. This is why I stopped investing in the series and that saddens me because this original story interested me a lot as a teenager and it feels like it's barely moved since then.

Feel Galactic Civ 3 didn't really add much to the lore of the series..?
Mainly because the single player was so pitiful and the Dread Lord threat dealt with. Earth was liberated at least.
Not interested if it is the same flat 2D game.. No pretending to make it 3D it does not work for me no more. I barely play games no interest
