Education, experience with good networking and connections is the key to being successful career wise. But the phone never stops going off in this industry. You need hungry people who communicate well and are energetic. You need a good team also. I worked on operations, supply chains, delivery and logistics. Plus my education. I understand things from the bottom to the top. But building a good a rapport with your staff is important too.

Well, I'm passionately choose my career in supply chain with MBA in supply chain and MITx MICROMASTERS SCM programme also but I was yet not be fullfill my profession in supply chain but I'm know supply chain is a great career and unfortunately I'm located in remote willage and there is no sea port or Airport thus even a courier company can't start.In this case not only me my colleagues are lost ther passion and profession.No places for real time hardworkers.
