Education, experience with good networking and connections is the key to being successful career wise. But the phone never stops going off in this industry. You need hungry people who communicate well and are energetic. You need a good team also. I worked on operations, supply chains, delivery and logistics. Plus my education. I understand things from the bottom to the top. But building a good a rapport with your staff is important too.

It appears as such,me being a Civil Engineer,ended up being a SCM down the road.I dnt regret it as I made my own network of Industrial Procurement which never fails me.
My clients end up being cognitive of the fact that a robust eco-system isn't made overnight,but it's possible by continuously applying oneself on the idea, think out of the box & revisit strategies for the best output.This mindset should be welcomed from both the vendor & the clients for a successful operation.
