Dear Owner, I know you love your cats... I have commented before that it is a joy to watch this family & also it is very painful to see them go (early deaths, or go to foster homes or forever homes)...for this reason I can't bear to follow as closely as I did at the beginning when there was just playful Mimi & devoted Coco. Mimi is looking tired & not happy...seems like the zest of life is missing for her. Do you have a plan to retire her from breeding? You need to consider this for reasons of health & wellbeing. She's already had 3 or 4 litters...yes they're beautiful kittens...and now it's time for her to 'retire'. She's gone through a lot. Kind regards...🙏🏽
@RitaBicci-ho2un I think that Mimi might still be grieving Kiki's death and that simultaneously dealing with that and raising another litter might be what's depleting her energy; and I do agree that she needs at least a break from being bred until she has had more time to grieve.
Has Mimi been checked by a Vet recently? She is the eldest and expends a lot of energy on her children and grandchildren. We don't want her passing like Coco and Kiki.
Mimi merely seems to be shedding her winter fur. 'Shorn' is probably only a bad auto-translation from the Japanese.
