Torbay Rocks: Torquay Town Hall

With support from the National Lottery Heritage Fund we have produced a series of short films to complement our Torbay Rocks exhibition.
In the films, we get to know more about Lionel and he shares some of most memorable moments of the bands he brought to Torbay in the 60s and 70s.
