Carl your video was very informative and well explained on the different types of technics, I was in the process of buying a home that had prior foundation problems. This video has helped me understand what questions to ask, I've also learned that it's a good idea to perform a post static test on the plumbing before and after the leveling of the house. This way any problems that might have occurred when the house shifted the plumbing can be addressed beforehand, otherwise you might have to do the work twice.....A+++ on your video

We do foundation repair. I always watch this company videos. Of course foundation repair isn't magic. There are thing that are not normal conditions, nor defects on the product or labor. A good company will always guide you along this process. These piers will last forever, but of course, the home owners needs to maintain a healthy maintenance program around the house. Just like anything in this life. Neglecting your home, can definitely lead to foundation movement, however, if you have piers, the movement even if it does, it will never be as severe as if you don't have piers. Also, let's just imaging your house has sunk 2-3 inches. This will only continue to worsen over the time, once the structure it's tilted, it needs to be supported or the damage will only get worse. 😮 The tower of pisa was not just left alone, they underpinned the structure to stabilize it and stop it from sinking further down. Reputable companies will definitely provide you with a warranty.
Both are correct and thats why the job needs to be done right, this company looks like they do great work! Steel rust, but remember that there is not the same amount of oxygen underground as here in the surface. The deeper the piers go, the less oxygen there is, slowing down the deterioration of the pipes. Anyways, Steel piers are definitely better for foundation repair, the most important reason is the diameter of each material, the smaller diameter, the less resistance applied at the moment of driving down the piers, Steel piers being smaller will penetrate further down before stopping and lifting the house.
Had Stonehouse repair my mother’s home couple of weeks ago. They were great to say the least! I will always refer Stonehouse to my friends and family.
Hey Manuel, we are glad we were able to help! Thank you for the opportunity!
