    I really admire the courage it took for these guys to pick themselves up and get right back into performing with a quickly revamped and untested repertoire, and a dark cloud hanging over them. They had no idea what awaited them at each concert and if they’d still have a career in the morning. They truly deserve their success and I wish them many more years of awesome music and humanitarian achievements. Hugs for all three of them.

    Remigio made a statement that lots of do that a lot. For them not to support their friend, brother in Christ was wrong. The songs they sing love, grace is what JESUS wants in His second commandment “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
    We are to help and support one another and learn from our mistakes. JESUS keep giving us chances every time we sin.
    You just don’t turn your back on a friend. They work together for many years they know what kind of people he was. There are 3 of them. Remigio was all alone. Es use me NO the Good LORD is with him. May GOD have mercy and compassion for ALL of us.

    I do miss Remi. I think it must have been very hard to decide what to do following the ruckus his move caused. In the face of it, they all could have failed by leaving him in. Yes, in a way, they should have given him another chance but then do you want to work with people who pull the rug out from under you. I was a teacher decades ago during Desert Storm, I got my first teaching job. I have never been fond of doing any pledge, including the flag salute. I stood for the morning flag salute in my class, but did not do the salute. I was off to the middle side of the class at the time it was required to do when prompted by the class intercom speaker. I student ask me why I didn't put my hand on my heart. I made the mistake of answering why I didn't put my hand on my heart. I honestly answered that I don't like doing salutes. It was my first and last year of having a classroom. I was the subject of two school board meetings filled by people that felt I was a subversive person ruining the community standards. I was told by the superintendent not to attend the meetings. It ended up that I resigned. I found out how horrible it is to be made out to be a terrible person and that people can go nuts over a lot of things. I feel that for Remi. But I learned you can't expect life to be easy when you buck the community standards. In retrospect I should have known better than to NOT just go along with the flag salute and pledge. You can say what you want in America alright, but you can't expect people to want to take the flak you cause by it. Even if your stance is a good one. I wasn't thinking and neither was Remi. This is a topic that can be a very long debate for both sides.

    Barbara Riordan/MVIHES secretary. Can you see how easy it is to misunderstand someone's comments! The same happened to Remi. If you had read my 1st post properly you would have understood that my comments were not regarding the "All lives matter" issue but that they were ignoring Remi's legitimate request for remuneration due to him. You think the 3 owe him nothing? I beg to differ. Remi paid over $800 thousand into the company known as The Tenors Inc. He also paid his share of a $3.2 MILLION loan to buy the company (his 25% shares) AND to buy Jeffrey Latimer out of a contract so he could work with the Tenors! So do you still think he should walk away with nothing? WOULD YOU? Also the 3 used Remi's harmonies and guitar playing on their Christmas together CD and live shows without his permission. They stated their song God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen was an entirely new capella with Johnny Reid ~ liars ~ Remi's harmonies were used and on a live show they, and Johnny Reid, were miming until the last wee bit.

      Remi is certainly owed much more than $800k, 7 figures easy! past, present and future royalties, plus damages. if they want to salvage they're careers, they'd better do what's right, and pay up.

      linda sanderson you have to get more than one side of a story. Most of what you just said was BS. Lol try getting info from someone not pissy and vindictive. Funny how the one thing you don’t mention in your lecture was consequences and professionalism. Besides..it would seem to me that for someone who wants royalties so bad maybe it would have been a good idea to not to attempt to run rep of tenors and therefore kill how much you get in royalties. Lol duh. But in the meantime how dare you bring up private money and business issues on Utube. Seriously. It’s none of your business.

Singing about hope, prayer, god, etc. These guys are as underhanded as Madoff, certainly bankrupt in the good character and Christian department, lying to they're fans, trying to make up a fake story to deceive fans...two faced as hell. Don't buy they're music.

      Just what we need here now; a hateful, ignorant trouble maker like you, #jinglejazz. Your "tin head" remarks are hateful and unwelcomed here. Remi made his bed and he hurt his brothers. And he hurt himself by trying to get attention for himself and be a hero. The phrase he used has a very negative connotation in the U.S. and other places and he doesn't seem to be aware of that at all, still! The phrase is more than the words. It stands for people who are already protected due to race (whites), asking for a privileged protection they already have, just to minimizing the significance of the statement when used by a marginalized group of people. So Remi was saying the phrase that racists used to counter the new BLM movement. Do you get it yet? Probably not. But lay off. You're nobody and you can keep your name calling to yourself.

    What planet are you three on? You Make yourselves out to be holier than thou. Clifton - you talk of Faith, clarity, understanding or HELPING A FRIEND IN HOUR OF NEED???? You three kicked a friend when he was down on his knees and ruined him. FRASER- you talk of Hardships and upset to your family and friends ~ You don't know what hardship is, you all came out of this smelling of roses when it should have been dung. What about Remi's family in particular his poor mum, where is your compassion! Victor prays for wisdom, mercy and grace but unfortunately does not practice it, What a shower of hypocrites! You should be ashamed of yourselves. I pray also this Lent, that you will ask God for forgiveness for how you have treated Remi and come to a settlement, pay him what is due to him and tell the world he is not a racist. Hand on heart you know the truth but it suits you all to not correct it. Then we can put this to bed, both Remi and yourselves can get on with your lives.

      Barb there seems to be a problem with the term "all lives matters" I had not heard this term before, maybe because I live in Scotland but besides that I understood Remi's statement as he did, being that all lives on earth matter- black, white Asian etc. I have only known of the Tenors about 6 months as I viewed them on a video with Celine Dion so I do not know Remi on a personal level either but I know enough of him to say he is not racist and his statement was taken completely out of context. He was not given the opportunity to explain his actions because his "brothers?" Insisted he be silent for 3 months and he did what he was told! Remi apologised to his group on the day and said he was sorry he put them into that predicament and asked them if they would let people know he wasn't a racist and was told that would come later....1year 8 months later and they haven't bothered. BARB please check out "TRUTH - Like a Lion in the Room" Parts 1 & 2 as there is a lot going on in the background that fans don't know about.

      remigiosmusic.com/biography/
      Linda, check this out as well. It states in Remi's bio that 3.2 million dollars was raised for Belembu. Quite a coincidence that someone claims that 3.2 million was the amount that went to buying out a contract (which by the way would have been subject to a Confidentiality Agreement....someone broke the rules if this is true) and that it is reported exactly 3.2 million was donated to Belembu in Remi's bio. Someone is playing around with the facts.

    • @jinglejazz7537
      @jinglejazz7537 6 років тому +3

      clearly not the case, someone is twisting the facts are you put it. As in the so called confidentiality Agreement, yes, that is true however The Tenors decided to change the rules after the incident broke out. Which is why that is all void now, lets play the legal game now.

    • @barbriordan4377
      @barbriordan4377 6 років тому +2

      Bingo! You are on the right track. When Remi did what he did at the MLB game, it is highly probable that he broke a condition of a Group Contract: ,for example, a condition of not making a public statement that included all of them without agreement among the group (even if his intention was good, but it backfired big time). This would have legal consequences and when he was let go he was then in a position where he had to negotiate a settlement to receive what he believes he is entitled too. I know you think it was wrong for the guys to do that, but there are many more people who understand why and I have been in the same position myself, and believe me, it's not easy at all. According to a newspaper article written by a reporter sympathetic to Remi, he has had lawyers working on this since at least Dec 2017. Because of comments made on UA-cam since at least Dec 2017,, there is proof he has probably broken a Confidentiality Agreement which also has legal consequences. This could complicate and delay Remi's case. I was shocked that Remi would divulge this information because of that reason. It also appears that some of the information is inaccurate which, at its worse, could be considered libel, but in any case makes Remi look like he doesn't know what he's talking about. The more stuff that is spread around about contract details and what Remi is supposedly owed, the more complicated and delayed the settlement process could become. The more delayed and complicated it gets, the more upset his family and fans become. The more upset his family and fans become, the more comments are spread across UA-cam and other social media, and so on. Just because people are fans of Victor, Clifton and Fraser, doesn't mean they have stopped caring about Remi, even if we're mad as hell at what he did. From what I can see, no one has made any negative comments about Remi on his UA-cam sites, at least I hope not. I know you have the best of intentions, but if you guys really care about Remi, the best thing to do would be to allow the legal process to complete its course and refrain from making comments on contracts and what he is owed, especially since some of the info appears erroneous. Even though I remain an avid fan of the guys, I continue to enjoy some of Remi's performances. Although, I wish he would drop the Flat Earth belief. He's Portuguese so should know better.

    • @jinglejazz7537
      @jinglejazz7537 6 років тому +7

      Howdy Barb: I've been waiting for your response, I can argue this with you until the cow's come home, the reason he went public was because the other 3 wouldn't negoticate with him, he held his stand and stayed silent like they asked however these guys of course didn't do what they promised they would do, so he did what he felt he had to do, he's well within his rights to do so. I'm sure his legal team would have let him know if it was slanderous or illegal, clearly it wasn't, he disclosed what Fraser was screaming about, coming up with a deceitful lie to the public, and now trying to 'starve him out', another legal tactic, drag it out as long as possible. As for your comment's to fan about leaving nasty or negative messages on they're sites....people have been leaving negative feedback on Remi's sites, so take a closer look around and see what's been written. These guys have dug themselves in with having to take legal matters to where it is now, what they did my just kicking him out without making any reperations for him what so ever clearly show's a vindictive nature of these guys, hoping he'll just be forgotten, roll over and die. I'm fully aware you've been responding to many many Remi fans regarding this same matter. Lots of people talking about it, I knew exactly whom they were referring to, and my response is the same. These guys treated Remi very badly, took bad management advice, lied to they're fans, and just through him under the bus. He has a loyal fan base, me being one of them, I use to be a Tenor fan however since this deceitful tactics of they're, I'll defend Remi anyway I can. I personally think the Tenors sound terrible since Remi left. Remi is clearly the most talented vocally and is a master at the guitar playing and performing. I make no apologies for what I write about the Tenors. Remi made a bad choice, a momentary lapse of judgement, however again, he apologized and it should have been put to rest. Tenors actions, management as well were completely uncalled for, so now they must pay up..., I'm just curious, do you work for the Tenor camp, or are you a big fan. I don't mean this to be nasty, I'm simply curious. As for the Tenors. I still listen to a lot of the music they've put out prior to Remi's departure, However when I listen to they're stuff now it clearly is far from the level it was without Remi, and when I hear it I'm reminded of how underhanded these guys are and won't listen to it, and I let my feelings be known. I know I am far from alone in feeling this way. Remi's got a solid fan base, new cd out, and a tour, and concert next month that I am attending. Perhaps if you can, contact the 3 boys and suggest they apologize and fulfil they're legal obligations to Remi. I grew up with 4 brothers, I know what its like dealing with guys that are or were close to you, so once they're ready to resolve this, then everyone can put it behind them and move on. No doubt, in time there will be a movie made about Remi's story, like a lot of entertainers and famous people, the truth will eventually come out to all. The recordings itself clearly showed a lot the tenors didn't disclose, I'm sure they're much much more to come out as well. Thanks for keeping in touch! Raining very hard today. looks like its a stay indoor day! take care.

      He simply changed/inserted the words "All Lives Matter" into the National anthem they were singing - That was the "controversial" words he uttered. Is there anyone who would truly disagree with such a simple truth?
      I abhor what's happening to people just because of their race! Or any other illogical, cruel, senseless reason! And I would feel that way about any human or animal...
      All lives matter. All hatred, abuse, bullying, murder Matters - regardless of who the victims are; That is what needs to be stopped, not people expressing that all lives are precious, important, worthy of protection. Of all the words.. the messages that someone could be ostracized for, treated so poorly over, it seems to me that saying, "All lives matter" should not be among them! 🤷
