yeah, if you assemble things too fast, you get shoulder cramps.
Here's what's wrong here
1) There's speedsters than can phase through solid objects
2) They have super processing speeds that let's them think as fast as a computer
3) You can obviously control your speed since your the one running therefore wouldn't end up time traveling unless you decide go past hypersonic speeds

The flash doesnt randomly hit people in his vision everything slows down so yeah
The number reason is fixed cause flash can phase through walls
Actually when he is running he sees everything in slowmotion and for him he is running normally, but for others he is supah fast boi.
