2:24 interesting to see how the quick access doors on some European UH-1 copters slide along the same trench that the main cabin doors do, as opposed to open -swing out doors on American UH-1 series copters

Well observed. I have seen this on a few Agusta-built models. I don’t know if it’s available on the Bell-built aircraft.

What does the frontier guard have as a role in the country?

They have multiple role to monitor Finnish sea and land borders and also execute rescue missions in sea and land. Frontier guard helicopters and aircrafts have civil aviation register because belong under ministry of interior (not under defence force).

      Some addition to Manufly59's answer:
The Finnish Border guard (official name in english) consists of:
      1. Several regional border guard units and posts on the eastern and northern parts of Finland.
Tasks: Monitoring the Finnish-Russian border and passport control in border crossing points, customs control in small border crossing points without customs personnel, assisting the police and rescue services in sparsely populated areas of northeastern and northern Finland
      2. The Coast Guard (Gulf of Finland and Western Finland)
Tasks: Monitoring and patrolling the sea areas with surface vessels, passport control in sea ports and the Helsinki international Airport.
The Coast Guard is solely responsible for Search and rescue in sea areas surrounding Finland. It has a Maritime rescue coordination centre (MRCC Turku) and a sub-centre (MRSC Helsinki). The actual SAR units may be operated by other than border guard (other Finnish authorities, volunteer lifeboat associations, units from neighboring countries) but the coordination and leadership remains in the MRCC/MRSC. They may assign any suitable unit on the area as the OSC (on scene coordinator).
      3. The air patrol squadron (bases in Turku, Helsinki and Rovaniemi, Lapland.)
Tasks: Land and sea border monitoring from air, SAR operations on sea area, medevac operations from vessels and from the archipelago, Search, rescue and medevac operations on land areas, firefighting.
The border guard also gives military training for a small number of conscripts every year. Border jaegers get reconnaissance/ranger training. Special Border jaegers are one of the few special troops in Finland that consist of reservists, not career soldiers.
