Good LEGO Star Wars Sets... But with Bad Minifigures!

- In this video I'll be looking at 10 sets that have amazing builds, but pretty poor minifigures. Whether its their detail and design, the type of characters, or the number of figures. There are quite a few reasons which might make a set make this list.

i dont understand the complaint of getting "regular troopers" in military vehicles, like seriously what else do you put in there besides several troopers and some officers, not every set ever made needs a main character in it
I can understand that people find regular troopers and officers boring, but they are important, because otherwise we would always have well known characters and nothing else to fill in those sets…

I know I was fuming!! How dare he call the person who was the highest ranking officer to survive the second Death Star catastrophe and then attempted to save the Empire by becoming one of the new leaders!! She literally had a key role in attempting to save the Empire after the Emperor's death!!
They didn’t say they don’t wanna do exclusively figures in ucs sets for the gunship, they said they don’t want major important characters being exclusive, the gunship still has the exclusive mace windu with geonosian sand, and just about every other ucs ever has had an exclusive fig in so form wether it’s a more detailed version of an already well available character or a more niche character
Why are people still hung up on minifigures in ucs sets? Mace windu got an upgrade the next time he was released in 2022
That makes sense, I still stand by the two figures being extremely boring in the actual set though

I got 8k subs on tik tok which is already more. My mother is a manager of a pharmacy company in a whole region, my dad is the head of a veterinary hospital. I study in a state gymnasium, the 2nd most prestige school in my country. I have nothing against this youtuber, I just think that you are a special individual with special thinking 😂😂😂

This is quite a sloppy video. You said the Slave 1 Han was a downgrade from its cloud city predecessor, despite that figure coming out years later?

I know Disney/Lucasfilm would probably never allow this, but I wish we got more official lego sets from Legends. A new TIE Crawler, TIE Avenger, MT-AT, Outrider, minifigures of Dash Rendar, Starkiller, Darth Krayt, etc.

2014 ATAT had two regular snow troopers and a snow trooper commander, not three snow troopers (slight correction).

@@LegoManCam I watch your videos a lot and agree with a lot of them but this one seemed inconsistent with you disliking troopers in some sets but then when there were sets like the TIE Bomber and A-Wing with exclusive figs you didn’t like those. I’d say some of my least favorite are the ones like a lot of Force Awakens sets where the minifigures tended to be obscure named characters. Not bad looking figures but just odd choices
@@LegoManCamI definitely wouldn't call a new, exclusive and very important character like Grand Admiral Rae Sloane boring or generic or anything!! Would have been better if we got her Grand Admiral uniform but it makes sense they used the Vice Admiral one as that was her ranking during the original movies which the set is based on.
my favourite part is the editing, hmmmmm yes, while some minor flaws it is almost exquisite

I think the minifigure line up of the 2014 AT AT is ok ,3 snowtroopers is good but throwing a single rebel fig is unecessary unless its pilot Luke
I have to correct one thing about the 2014 AT-AT. The three snowtroopers are NOT the same. One of the troopers is actually a snowtrooper commander.
Only think different is the leg piece no?
@@LegoManCam The torso is different and the commander has no backpack. Otherwise the figures are similar
I don't think sets always need to include "special" figures just for some arbitrary reason. Also, I honestly think starfighters are the one case where it's fine for there to be a small amount of figures since they can only hold one fig most of the time and the rest are just small extras. And I really disagree with the Tie bomber and slave 1 since those allowed for the arm printed version of mando, boba fett, and vader to be more accessible at the time.
Both the figures in the newest Slave 1 released in microfighters after it released. I still don't like the lineup, I think a Grogu and at least a Fennec Shand could have been included especially when Fennec was in the Light Cruiser, so it's not like the figure wasn't already designed and at the very least conceptualised when the set released. Also the colour mismatch on Boba is very bad.

You should have put in the V-19 torrent instead as the first since that set costed $50 and only had 1 common pilot.
But the bomber was cool, it had darth vader and a pilot the over two are .... meh

She would have been better in her Grand Admiral uniform but it makes sense they stuck with the Vice Admiral version because at the time of the movies she was only a Vice Admiral when she commanded the Empire's retreat from the second Death Star.
I can’t believe a level AT AT with no Pilot Luke. Adding a Luke to the AT AT should be a mandatory thing imo
This video didnt seem as “made with love” as your other videos…did you get someone else to edit it? The stormtrooper you showed when talking about the tie defender was from the first order, not empire. Such an obvious mistake? I dunno, I’ve come to expect more from this channel.
You're spot on! I'm currently on a 5-week long internship so I've recorded some videos that my good friend has been editing! He's new to Lego Star Wars but has been an amazing help to make sure I can still put out some videos while I'm gone, that's why some slight mistakes might slip through, but both he and I are trying our best! Really appreciate that you feel like my videos are made with love
