    As a autism person I had to figure out by myself how to move up the ladder at my job and I didn’t really have a lot of job coaching or support and I had to advocate for myself that goes to show that organization’s have limitations on how much they could teach a disabled person and I didn’t get the luxury of being taught multiple jobs all at once

    That's awesome...wish every hospital had one of these types of programs...so mutually beneficial...as an ED/Trauma nurse...these jobs are so essential and yet overlooked because people don't necessarily want to do them...students do usually fill these roles while in school, but we still don't have enough...this is fantastic.

    All I was taught two was to just hold down a job since I applied myself I’m making 30000 a year and if I wanted to I could make close to 37000 a year
    I didn’t get the chance to do a program like this
