    Frederick is against Goa getting Special Status. Then why talk of Goa? Big show.

      Could someone define what exactly "Special Status" would mean in real terms? Just more money for politicians to (mis)use? A lollipop that means nothing to the citizen but sounds good at election-time? Or something else which is the panacea to the State (and probably all the other States) which I have not adequately understood? They are very good people at heart as I have met them personally. But I don't understand their obsession with Europe or Portugal.
    It is one thing to preserve your heritage (which is a beautiful thing), and one thing to not respect the country where you were brought up and made you this capable!

      The answer is yes, not Just goan Christians or Christians in general, but all non muslims can legally have alcohol in all of Pakistan

    • @12thman74
      @12thman74 2 роки тому +1

      alcohol is no problem even for Muslims forget non-Muslims- there are bars in every city (the country looks hardcore from outside but inside everything goes and people largely don't care...)
      pork might be a problem cause I doubt anyone even butchers a pork- unless Goan community themselves do it and they have butcher to do that specific task
      I as a Christian never ate pork because none of the surrounding Muslim community did so it never crossed my mind lol - but I do know in Punjab the hunted pork went to the Christians

      Nope.
      Before the British there was no India.
      Just a bunch of princely states always fighting.
      Besides goa was a Portuguese colony, giving a distinct identity to goans.
