Hashing Applications: Password Management, Chain Messages

Two samples for hashing applications are presented here: password management, and chain messages. The first describes an application without any secret key, the second -- an application where the hashing is combined with asymmetric ciphers to allow for a cyber package to hop from user to user, where users add their part, and the growing package comes with assured integrity for all to see. The new digital currency, bitcoin offers this mechanism.
