BoA is a superb artist. Comments like "my idol sing or dance better" don't affect how important she is to k-pop and how much respect she has earned worldwide. Newbie kpoppers should search for her and enjoy more than 15 years of hits and achievements

Let me help you, BoA fans don't care about immature comments, so yes, you're wasting your time here...
But I'm a good guy, so let me clarify. I don't know if you listen k-pop or not, if not just ignore this.
We already know that BoA is no longer at the top of the charts, and she don't need this anymore; she can stop when she wants, but she still sings for the fans.
It's hard to make new fans when you're a 30-year-old female solo singer, but many new top idols before their debuts were inspired by her, and are still fans nowadays. Its hard to find one group that never cover her songs, so even if you're not a fan of her, you bias probably are.
There are several reasons for her titles "Best of Asia", "Queen of K-Pop", but you're not interested in her story. The other comments are just fans demonstrating their love for her, if this is immature I will be immature forever.
I thought that you are an ordinary person but you're just a frustrated hater, sorry to try to argue with you. You must be one of those people who criticize everything that is different from what you think is right. It's better than spending your time doing what you like, right?
So feel free to throw up all of your hate here, you can say whatever you want, you can scold, you can judge, but I must warn you, if you think I'm going to feel down because of this, I repeat, you're wasting your time...
You called BoA unknown without knowing anything about her, you're judging her fans as if we were inferior just because we like her, for me, this is a comment from a frustrated hater. Now that you explain your side I can continue.
What's the difference of being trained by a company or doing a music college or even training with your friends in a garage? For me, it doesn't matter the way that the artist did to debut, just the final result is important, the rest is a matter of taste. If you don't agree, well, we have different opinions and I'll not force you to accept mine, not alone offend you.
Madonna isn't the best singer or dancer in pop either, but she's still the queen of Pop, because of her story, her achievements... BoA is the same (but in my opinion she is the best dancer in k-pop), She can sing, dance, compose, produce... But not only this, In resume, she also did things that no one else had done at her time, she is the pioneer in the export of k-pop, she traveled to Japan when the relationship between both countries was rough and gradually she was accepted. And as I said earlier, she inspired several kpop artists to follow the same path.
I know It looks exaggerated, because she is very young and with a few years of career compared to Madonna, but it is because the k-pop industry is also young compared to the pop industry.

BoA, here's my opinion on what you can offer in the current Kpop scene. BoA is so multicultural and multilingual that she has a great potential to expose Korean audience to different ethnic backgrounds and races and reduce the inherent racism and negative stereotypes with non-Korean people.

Maybe, but I think BoA has a special place because of her seniority in the Korean hallyu wave. Yes, I guess I can called a late fam, I only was casually knowing her because of a video popping up on TV, which happened to be 'Only One'. Haha, I know there's a lot to catch up with, and I'm so looking forward to seeing her at Knowing Bros. I also end up reading about BoA in SeoulBeats to get more acquainted with her(it's one of the few sources with legit good discussion on Kpop history and context)
